OnePlus 12 stuck in a loop. Does not respond to the power button being pressed.

Video of OnePlus 12 stuck in an infinite loop. Does not respond to the power button being pressed or the combination of power and volume down buttons.
The only option at this point is to wait for the battery to run out, and then see if it will boot up after being charged again.

Was stuck in same issue, made it work by holding the power + volume button for at least 10 sec it will shut the phone down, then restart it. It will work fine.
