St Albans Park Run No. 479 11-06-22. PB

Another guest run at a far away place! My son Lloyd had a fencing competition in Hatfield so I thought let do the local park run. My old school mate Roger Jashek came along to support me and with a beautiful day and a pretty flat course I achieved a PB of 20:33. His son Darryl won this park run the week before and Roger enjoys running here too but recovering from an injury acquired down the pub...:-)
