    Hey, man. I’m a college student who suffered a knee injury when I was 8. I’ve been using your advice for two months, and have never felt healthier in my knees. I don’t have a lot of money, and i can’t buy merch or a course right now - but you best believe that when I earn enough money, I’m gonna buy stuff from you. I really appreciate your expertise and I’m grateful you’ve shared your knowledge and experience. I was scared shitless before, thinking I’d never be able to run or squat or get out of bed at 25. But now, I’m squaring, running, jumping, and I feel springy and strong. God I wish I could support you in other ways besides watching your videos, but one day… thanks, man; you’ve helped change the course of my health! That is something I will forever be grateful for.

      Just today I told one couple (60s)
      about your Channel.
      I’d love to someday have a Gym with Sleds & Tib Bars/ Machines TO HELP PEOPLE. SO MANY WOULD BE SO HAPPY TO GET THIS.
      YOU HAVE HELPED ME.
      i now can’t afford a Tib Bar. I have been using 5 lb ankle weights slipped over my toes. In Recline chair, I do the Reps. At first I could only do 3 Reps.
      God has blessed you. Thank you for helping us ❗️✨✨✨✨🙌
      Last week I told a Gal about your Channel. She was going to the Gym just 3 years
      ago. Now she has a difficult time walking. (70s).
      When I see someone having a hard time walking, I tell them about your Channel.
      More & more I’m telling average fit people.
      God bless you more !
      Thank you 💖
      Physical Therapist did NOT help me.
      You helped me. Praise Jesus 💖

      Start with small goals. I suggest you start dropping bad food habits one at a time and replace with better ones. Get on the treadmill like he shows, walking backwards. Or if no treadmill just walk backwards pushing through the toes. Do other mobility exercises he has like elephant walk adapted for what you can do. And for your mind, practice gratitude. We are all fortunate in some way. Find what you are thankful for.

I had a knee injury not so long ago and incorporated ATG and have seen big improvements but im still at the unassisted but elevated stage so Im here to ask. Is it okay of i rest in a deep squat? Not do them but just rest because i wash my school uniform in that position, Full deep squats are painful so i was wondering if im causing further damage? Wish you a long and happy life MR Patrick❤

    Is Slant squat stronger or weaker than ATG squat? I have been struggling to progress with ATG squats - my knees do not hurt during but are sore/achy for 4-5 days after (not assisted). • @TheKneesovertoesguy
      @TheKneesovertoesguy  5 месяцев назад +1

      Slant squat compared to no heel elevation will certainly be more knee dominant! If your are looking to strengthen the knees it is hard to beat the slant board squat! I would also make sure you are training backwards walking or reverse sled as well as reverse step-ups and split squats. Great route you can use which can help you get back to running pain-free!

      I would address this by training your ankle flexion, extension, and dorsiflexion. Checkout this video for ankle mobility: How to Improve Ankle Mobility

    I have not been able to get my butt to my heels or calfs... I have been able to get a little above 90 degrees... how can I get that lower... the pain is significant once I push below 90 degrees

      Through stretches and easier exercises
      Look for example at a video here on youtube, it is from krufessor rad and named "stretches to improve hip mobility for muay thai and kickboxing"
      In this video a for me good knee strengthening exercise is shown, along with good stretches, but go slow

      ATG Split Squat with front foot elevation is something I would use. Can help you get that full knee extension at a pain-free level🫡

    Can atg repair someone's knee with arthritis?

    • @TheKneesovertoesguy
      @TheKneesovertoesguy  Месяц назад +1

      Have helped many improve from their arthritic knee issues: kneesovertoesguy.medium.com/confronting-the-1-2-3-of-cartilage-arthritis-knee-replacement-b9882d3c93c6
      If it’s a knee issue, chances are my programs have helped more people with it than any other! Simply because my programs focus on pain-free ability! The more of it you have, the less likely this is to be an issue. This starts as simple as backwards walking and is step 1.

    Mobility is nice, but is there some cash value to knee strength beyond that? ... like... can this guy kick field goals?

    • @TheKneesovertoesguy
      @TheKneesovertoesguy  5 месяцев назад

      I have personally trained and helped a number of the top earners in sport. Playing without knee pain and surgeries is huge value. I’ve consistently helped athletes make many more millions. And for me, being healthy and being able to play with my kids freely, being able to dunk… is PRICELESS, compared to my surgery / painkiller life before knees over toes. ❤️

      Backwards walk, to reverse step-up, to split squat, to squat. Watch this video: The ATG 4-Step Knee Checklist
