Me delivering the project and he couldn't provide the necessary details
But yet he requested a refund
If me and him don't both agree what will Upwork do

@@thespeakingpen it's been almost 2 yrs but I didn't use it for sometime cause I just opened it....when I started to use it I applied for jobs but I didn't get any watched some RUclips videos on how to scale still didn't get one
I met someone that told me to make some changes to my profile which I did and I applied again still not getting gigs and connects just wasted
