Upwork is turning into a scam platform this day 😢
This didn't help me at all. I have tried 4 days in a row. Same quality, same file type, similar length of my other recent videos. Same internet connection. It is stuck at Pending 0%. Computer has been restarted all but 1 time. One of the times I let it run over night. No change. I even updated my OS (Mac Sonoma 14.6.1). This is just pissing me off. I'll try Safari and see what happens. ... Safari worked. Firefox didn't this time.
So sorry to learn about your situation. How long is the video? What software was it rendered with? Have your tried re-rendering the video or using a different browser/ device? If not, try those.

Create a doc file which you can convert to pdf or screenshot as images to add as your portfolio. it can contain a specific customer issues you resolved, talk about the problem, your approach it, and the outcome or customer reaction. include KPIs like customer satisfaction scores and reduced response times. You can also add examples of professional emails & chat screenshots.

As for the connect. I understand. Reason why I advise new freelancers to take a week to a month learning about Upwork before taking action. Not too late though, you can wait and learn while your free 10 connects per month accumulates or buy if you want to. As for the part b of your comment, it has been attended to in your other comment

😂 why would they? Have someone around you go through some of the proposals and portfolio you’ve sent. It may not be as convincing as you think it is
I really can't understand, in Upwork community some of the freelancers review my profile and they said that there's nothing wrong with my profile and they suggested some changes which I already did, now what do I do? 😢

Proposals are not the only factors responsible for whether your proposal gets viewed or not. Bidding 1st place is also just one of a couple of factors. Your profile, photo, smart header and hook may not be convincing

Hi, I need your help and suggestion, actually my account is suspended because of irregular activity, for account restoration I have contact with support team through email, they responded back and shared a secure link for verification process once again, but in fact when I clicked on that secure link it is directed me towards login page, as I am unable to login because my account is suspended, please guide me how I can complete my verification process in this scenario.
