The lighting for this show is a masterpiece as well as the cinematography. When I watch this show it seems so different than when I look at the sets in this video. Without the lighting in the show the gentleman's club could have passed for a parlor. This is so cool.
The whole set is glamorous. I feel as if everything is cohesive right from the start. Nicola Coughlan and Claudia Jessie’s friendship is truly admirable. Can’t wait for S2 to finally drop on the 25th! It sure is gonna be worth the wait.
At 1:34 Claudia naturally steps to the side to block out the sun hitting Nicola's face mid-conversation. Speaks volumes about her character and their friendship.
She definitely seems like a really nice person I love watching her. Although I have to say doing this alone doesn’t show someone’s character, I know people who do this gesture and other gestures like these and they have a bad character. It’s important to get to know people before knowing what are really like.

I wish shows had more teenagers like this instead of the ones in todays society. Obviously Bridgerton is set in a time period where teenagers weren’t even allowed to be sexually active or all of those other things but it’s just really refreshing to see awkward teenagers being awkward.

they ended season 1 so beautifully I didn't even expect a season 2 so this is a nice surprise! I appreciate there was no real hard cliffhangers so we weren't left with that brain itch this whole time
3:30 I find it really interesting that they described this house as “the most feminine house” on account of all the pink as pink was actually considered a masculine color in the 19th century. So, technically speaking, her house is the most masculine house. I also doubt they put much thought behind the the colors and their symbolism but, in the late 18th century, pink somewhat became a color associated with childhood and innocence, so it would make sense that Danbury’s home would be pink given how she was essentially the one who gave Simon his childhood back.
