For some reason i don't have the preseason conversation with the head coach where you can set bonuses for the preseason training. I just have the player conversations but not the one with the coach about preseason training :( I tried restarting the career few times and nothing helps (PS5)
@@MattWic i tried going forward to the first game of course, it didnt popup or appear in the convo list, i tried playing the game, simming the game to see if it doesnt pop up after the game, also nothing. tried going forward few more days and matches and still nothing. It is weird. I am not sure if using custom dowloaded roster somehow messed it up.
huh I'll have to mess around with that and see if that's the case. The only 2 franchises I've started had base rosters, one with morale on and one off and it didn't matter. Will let you know
no they can still get the boost. I use it if it's a big disparity in the 2 for a player. Like once a rookie had a short term goal of get 10 goals and a long term of 30, so I picked the 10 cause it seemed like a better chance
@@JohnTallman-uf6gg I'm also getting the game on Friday but just by seeing some videos it looks like they might add stuff back in 26 like the all star game because there is basically no modes to improve after franchise mode
@@MattWic Goaltending can take a young tendy and turn him into a true #1 or make a Fringe Starter into an established beast. Team Bonding is great for clubs gearing up for a Cup run cause it boosts morale like crazy which seems to make your players really like the team.

I still lose to Toronto and Colorado in the playoffs who have low 80s in their bottom 6 and bottom 4 d pairs
Gonna have a whole roster of 90+ players just to get swept by the Isles in round 1…. Feels bad man

pops up at the first preseason game. So sim to that game and it "should" appear. Make sure you set the season goal first or else it skips that one

Are you doing a custom league? It seems to be bugged for those.

It seems like EA is improving the game but slowly kinda hyped to see what they'll do next year hopefully something big
Feel like they'll leave it alone and update it again the year after. Kinda like with this past year but it's a start
