Furthermore, a huge viral fanbase either turns against Da itself over time or turns into a smaller, more dedicated fanbase. You are better off on establishing that fanbase without any drama.
These DPP OU vids you've been putting out have been fire! That said, would love to see you touch some rarer mons in the metagame. Metagross and Gengar are GOATS, but it'd be cool to see an Electivire or a BL Knight like Cresselia, or even a UU Pokemon that can be used in OU like Torterra.

The game's definitely gonna be way different. In addition to the stuff you mentioned, DPP had fixed leads, no team preview, and defog didn't remove hazards. You also had to be a lot more careful with your steel types or run Shed Shell for Magnezone (especially when Chomp and Mence were still OU). I actually kind of miss dedicated leads and hazards being more difficult to remove.
