I always enjoy your videos, especially your thoughts on new releases. There have been several indie releases that are tempting me and now this is one more to add to the mix! It’s just beautiful - I love that cranberry smoky look. Just stunning!🤩
Love all the looks but the 1st look was my favorite! Such a beautiful spicey nuetral palette and perfect for everyday wear! I've been having so much fun with this palette so far ! ❤❤❤
As one of your viewers who ogles indie makeup and has sensitive eyes, I appreciate your attention to which colors are pigments and which are considered US eye-safe. Which are your favorite palettes for those of us with sensitive eyes who are looking for palettes that don’t have any colors that are pigments? (Ideas from other people with sensitive eyes would be great, too.). Thank you!
Hmmm that’s a good question! It’s hard because most vegan formulas from indie have shades not safe for eye use ☹️ I’ll have to see if I can find any that don’t have any eye safety warnings. I personally don’t have super sensitive eyes so I’m also not sure which formulas are best for that even outside of eye safety warnings! I know Theresa is Dead has sensitive eyes and tests indie makeup so I’d trust anything she tests. Beyond that I’m not sure!! I’ll circle back if I think of anything but hopefully others will have suggestions in the comments 💕
OMG I love all 3 of your looks. I'm obsessed with mine. I've worn four times already. I want to recreate the second look. ❤ I, too, have issues with creasing with Samarian Sunset. I absolutely love that palette but the gel like shimmers crease before I finish my make-up. None of these have creased so far. Great video.
Thank you!! And yes I love that palette so much but the creasing on some of those shades makes me sad lol. So far no creasing on this one for me either and I ended up using it today!! lol
You are gorgeous ❤ I looooved all three looks-but I am a fiend for green so the first look had me 😮 When I get this palette I will recreate (or try to😅😅) these looks. Also, did you see the new DM Groundworks palette dropping later? It’s reds, mauves and berries. It looks so pretty, but I know you don’t like reds too much. 😅❤
I love love love this palette. I really like color and all of Adepts palettes, but something about this one just strikes my fancy. I'm excited to see what you do. Back to the video..
Thank you for responding I appreciate your attention to detail. Being I have mature hooded eyes it definitely helps in my purchasing decisions. With all the new & uprising indie brands it’s getting difficult
It’s roughly $4 per shade which is on the high-ish end for indie makeup. There aren’t a ton of special shades in here but I love the Adept shimmer formula. There’s just something about it so to me I feel like I would be willing to pay that price for it. Hope that helps!
Yes thank you. Isn’t it odd that eyeshadows that are safe in the EU are not deemed icy in the US but food that is safe in the US is deemed not safe in the EU which they have socialized medicine the last thing they want is you being sick because the government pays for all your medical so I can’t look at what the EU does because somethings we are so far behind the times. Sorry to rant I know you explained very well and go into detail. I love the looks you do just think you’ve got a great channel going on.
@@michellecaudill7936 my understanding is that the ingredients used on vegan shadows to create certain pigments just haven’t been tested in the US yet so not that the US has determined they aren’t safe but they haven’t verified they are where the EU has tested and deemed it safe. However, I do know people who have adverse reactions to the shadows with those ingredients so I always mention it!
Love all three of these looks very pretty! 🩷🩷🩷🩷

That makes a lot of sense!
"You're a true gem in the makeup community! 💎"
Thank you!
I’m just not sure it’s different t enough to warrant the cost?! Your thought please.
