- Y’all I am seriously bad at dying chalk. 🫠
I’ve tried using like a squeeze bottle to like splash the dye on them, and when I do that they never seem to dye through. And when I just drop the blocks of chalk in water, half the time they fall apart or disintegrate like in this video LMAO. 💀 My colours also aren’t very vibrant either so maybe I need different dye? Y’all I’m stumped. If any other asmrtists have any tips PLEASE feel free to share. 🤣

Awesome and you should try dipping one side of chalk at a time as the chalk soak the liquid add more and dip the other side ( if you just dip whole block for a while it will destroy)

I read some body used only dye and not water to dye there chalk .

Maybe mix holi powder and the dye to make it bright and when u crush add baby oil bcs it makes the colour pop out morr

I think you did great dying these ! I know I wasn’t that great at dying chalks either mine weren’t getting vibrant , I think the brand of the dye and the chalk makes a different ! And I’ve heard use less water and more dye , but I love the light colors especially the yellow 💖💛💖💛looks very pastel and pretty 🥰 love how crunchy and powdery these blocks are 🥰🥰🥰
