    i was planning on watching all videos related to inverse z- Transform of this channel but it looks like they skips the main topics, so i will not waste any more time in this channel as other videos might have same problem.

      You will get z=2 and z=1 roots.
      Shift the values to RHS you will get (z-1) and (z-2) roots

      he partial fraction at x(z)/z not x(z) because he want to keep z to transform compare with the table.
