This style is "gypsy jazz" or "jazz manouche", a style developed by Django Reinhardt in 1930s France which emphasizes strings, as opposed to the horn-centric sound of American jazz of the same period. The song "I've Got a Feeling I'm Falling" is an American popular song by Fats Waller and Harry Link from 1929, which has been interpreted in many styles.
