Thank you to everyone who watches my streams, Azekif, Marccost, Agent146, the list goes on. I appreciate each and every one of you. Well, this category is dead... at least, for now. I was totally not expecting to get this so soon after the Rookie/SA grind, especially considering how long that took me. This was literally the first run I got to Till Death during the 2 days I started the grind, and I managed to clutch it out. Not only did I manage to get WR, but I just barely squeaked out the sub23 which had been my goal for this category for nearly 2 years. Now, is this unbeatable? No, of course not. I've always held the position that runs like these have plenty of time save; I just didn't have a major mistake. The first couple of levels are just some marginal time saves, but the real time saves start with YBWO which, despite me getting perfect RNG, I opted to do Heli escape which is slower than Boat Jump. Only problem is risking a body found which is why I didn't go for it. DotM could be faster as well, but fast Till Death could be huge. I just wish there was some sort of way to make it more consistent. HoC I ofc lost a good chunk of time, but IL strats could realistically be implemented to save another couple of seconds. Devil is fast, but better RNG could save as much as 15s, not to mention the potential that Hell Skip has. I did get uncommon Parchezzi which loses 3s, but if I had huge cojones, I could've done single mine which would've saved like 8ish seconds. I believe sub23 RTA is possible, and maybe a theoretically perfect run could get sub22 LRT, but that wouldn't be humanly viable unless something huge is found. Maybe I'll make a segmented run for it. My only problem now is that I don't know what to grind now. I was fully prepared to grind this for like 2 months. I have a couple of ideas, and plenty of ILs, so it's not like I don't have anything to play, plus I got those handy tutorials to finish.

1:00 I thought I was the only one! I swear, no matter how thoroughly I scrub my air fryer after cleaning it, the first foodstuffs I put in it always tastes like a little dishwasher when it comes out. Oh yeah congrats on the WR by the way! Something tells me this one won't be beaten for a hot minute.

yeah it's a bit of a weird ruling. I think the official case is that Requiem technically doesn't have a rating, therefore it doesn't matter what you get. Even without Statman, you can tell if you got SA by the amount of money you get afterwards, but I believe on console, the game still recognizes it as SA despite the witness? It's strange, but ultimately, it doesn't really matter. It's also like... the witness is a chair. So, it's just been agreed upon in the community that we don't need to get SA in Requiem, kinda like how we agree to skip Death of a Showman. However, a "True SA" is required for ILs, just not full game runs.

If I call the elevator, that means Tariq gets on immediately which means his bodyguard will be there to witness. Tariq calling it himself allows the bodyguard to turn around much sooner. That’s also just not how time save on HoC works. The level is only as fast as Muhammad can spawn in, which can only be sped up by boosting the limos. Tariq calling it himself means he pauses at the elevator for long enough for me to boost the limos then get to him just in time to shoot him, gram the briefcase, then run back just in time for the next limo cycle.

I suggest you watch speedruns from other games. Always interesting to see how they get very fast times.
