- Solved - windows 11 PC connecting a printer shared over LAN from a PC
Hello Everyone,
In windows 11 the problem of Connecting a printer shared over LAN from a PC is solved today. The problem shows such as below:
Connect to Printer
A policy is in effect on your computer which prevents
you from connecting to this print queue. Please
contact your system administrator.
We have a solution for that. Problem. Follow the video and give me feedback if any problems.

one question, how to make it with a scanner?
Do you want to share sacnner and want to use that from other PC in LAN? Or do you want to print directly through Shared Printer from Scanner?

@@randy9833 Sorry, without third party software it is not possible. You may google and find some third party software to share scanner.

This also worked for me with Windows 10 21H2. The question remaining is, WHY?
You can install a printer this way, but with a standard \\computername\printershare in explorer window etc you get the A policy is in effect error.
Hello dear.. i have tried to find that before finding solution. Policy or security whatever the matter microsoft knows better, as the execution is done by OS itself. So i have that question also? Why?

@@razhi916 At first you need to open the shared PC through network from your pc and save the log in credentials for future time. You need to check those share options over network from shared PC whether those are correctly set for sharing printer. After confirming the sharing options correctly then try to add. Im hare explained a specific solution for specific problem of connecting shared printer. If every parameter set correctly there is no way of not working. Please check further for sharing and accessing shared printer properly.

Can tell How to printer speed up.
Problem
When ever I give print from PC. I think its job taking too much time. By the my Epson printer printing speed is too good
Printing Speed is highly dependent on printer rendering process. But in this process as we communicate with the printer through local port which is added manually, it may take some time to establish communication with printer through LAN connected PC. So, until now, in this process task can be done, no more speeding up tricks. Thanks for the comment. Let me know if you guys want to have a solution to any problem like this.

@@hello_itsme_vsk Try reinstalling the printer driver software. If doesn't work doing so, then you need to reinstall OS.
I have 200 domain joined Windows 10 PC's and 1 Server 2022 Print server. I can't do this to all 200 PC's! How to fix the print server?
