*SKARBRAND HATES KNOCKING SOUNDS ! SKARBRAND ALSO HATES GOING OUTSIDE ! AND GOING INSIDE ! SKARBRAND...SHALL STAY IN THE DOORFRAME ! HE HATES IT SLIGHTLY LESS*
Fascinating as always, Michael - plenty of stuff in there I didn't know beforehand. I think it's interesting the number of times greater daemons have been defeated by primarchs as a measure of just how damn powerful primarchs are. Horus probably topped the lot when he lead massive armies of daemons when he spent time in the warp after Molech (fair to assume he fought plenty of greater daemons in there). Once again, though, Mr underrated, Lorgar, shows his quality by beating up Angrath. Lorgar is a boss. Deal with it.
So how do daemons that are summoned seem to have their own look but we basically only see lesser and greater daemons? other than daemon princes of course, also daemons can die a true death by it's TRUE name or a certain special weapon
Remember, Lords of Change supposedly only lose if Tzeentch screws them over. So if the gods sit out from direct or indirect intervention, his Daemon would win (Of course, Kairos might lose because he can't see the present, but he wouldn't be the chosen champion for such a contest)
Nothing hotter than Slaanesh’s six err… Things. Especially the tiny ones on the bottom. (The word is banded up in hur. Trieded to said it aready. Dereted. Now gotta tok code, er this gets got too.)
Bruva Ebee what do you define good cause yes there are good daemons because daemons reflect humanity even the good part of humanity so yes but good is objective
I know I'm late to class but it seems to me that greater demons are pretty weak. Yeah they're more than a match for a regular person but no single primarch lost to a GD and a lot of regular astartes have. I think they're a over-hyped.
Guilliman is out there fighting all the daemon primarchs and restoring the Imperium and what are you doing? Turning into a crystal statue on the Vengeful Spirit every now and then. Top marks for trolling, but not very ambitious, is it?
Michael; The Chaos Gods have NOT been around forever. They have come in to being and coalesced prior to that, but not "forever". It's said Khorne came into being around our Medieval age, Slaanesh thousands of years from our time. Though time is different in the warp. The Warp was also different once, before sentient species unknowingly shaped it.
You're right, but for slightly the wrong reason. They first came into being as a result of the war between the C'tan and the Old Ones millions of years ago - their "coming in to being" as you put it was them waking up and becoming active, not entering existence. So, to quote the video "Since pretty much forever" is pretty apt, but you are right, thanks for the clarification
right, that answers my comment above :). Personally love the story of changeling causing alone creating an incursion causing the Grey Knights to appear and even then only help to evacuate a tiny portion of anaffected population, before making them massacre the survivors too.
The other reason I took the Scribes is because they link better with the Horrors. We don't know what the Changeling is (even it doesn't know its original form), whereas the Scribes are absolutely Horrors. I don't deny the Changeling is a badass, and if Slaanesh and Nurgle had another named Lesser Daemon hero, I would have covered it along with Karanak.
It seems to vary, honestly - I prefer to think the Greater Daemons are stronger, but we've seen that Daemon Princes (and especially the Daemon Primarchs) are incredibly powerful too.
In terms of labels, yes, a greater daemon is above a daemon prince. This is due to greater daemons being closer to their gods image thus more powerful while a daemon Prince is an organic taking on deamonhood. Now as mentioned, if the said organic is very powerful such as a primarch.. then it's totally up for debate. On the tabletop most of the time greater daemons are better stat wise but you may get a character or named daemon Prince who is just as valuable for example: Belakor who was the first daemon prince and is chaos undivided.
I think as the only daemon who managed to make the Grey Knight doubt himself, the Changeling deserved a mention... Also, not sure if you read the Crimson King yet, so spoiler warning Kairos was tasked to help Ahriman make Magnus whole again. He also merged powers with them both in the climax of the book in order to defeat a warlike shard of Magnus
One tiny note: "Keeper of Secrets" is more Slaaneshi than Tzeentchian only because Tzeentch Daemons would want to SHARE their secrets rather than, well, KEEP them.
I partially concur. However, when the Lords of Change record the ramblings of Kairos they jealously guard the information from their fellows (Tzeentch knows because they know, so he doesn't care). You're right, but there is an element of an argument for Tzeentch too.

*COUGH COUGH FOR THE COUGH GLOOORY OF GROTTY NURGGGLLE COUGH*
As far as Keepers of Secrets I’m surprised you didn’t talk about Amnaich the Golden he essentially had an entire star system worshipping him as a god.

Will there be any video logs on Malice and his sons?
It would probably just take one vid to cover most things of worth, but still fun
Watching this as I have been affected by nudges rot
Nergle reminds me of a gross and jolly version of Darkseid. A dark god relentlessly collecting data to form an "Anti-Life Equation"
Those tesseract cubes the necrons use to hold ctan can trap them
WAIT what about malice
Patrick Smith Shut up he doesn't exist
His daemons are bound daemons from the other gods.
Raymond Narvaez I thought he was having hot cocoa with the squats
Arent his worshippers that one space marine chapter i forget the name the color shceme is black and white
now here is a question, if the most powerful of the greater demons of each god were all thrown in an arena...
Remember, Lords of Change supposedly only lose if Tzeentch screws them over. So if the gods sit out from direct or indirect intervention, his Daemon would win (Of course, Kairos might lose because he can't see the present, but he wouldn't be the chosen champion for such a contest)
Row boat guilliman
After the virus-bombing of Iax, would it have been a Death World or a dead world? I thought Death Worlds were places like Catachan or Fenris.
Nothing hotter than Slaanesh’s six err… Things. Especially the tiny ones on the bottom.

I'd ask Kyros the winning lottery numbers, then just play them both
THESE ARE THE FOUL BLIGHTS ON EXISTENCE WHICH SHALL BE PURGED!
We need more dakka
Are there any good daemons?
Bruva Ebee they aren't really bad
Just incarnations of the emotions/ideas that they portray, which normally isn't of good things.
Bruva Ebee This question is heresy. This video is heresy. All of you are heretics and you will be enlightened by force.
If you believe that the Living Saints and the Legion of the Damned are Imperial daemons then I guess you could say they're good.
Bruva Ebee what do you define good cause yes there are good daemons because daemons reflect humanity even the good part of humanity so yes but good is objective
"The only good daemons are dead daemons" - Roboute Gulliman...probably
I know I'm late to class but it seems to me that greater demons are pretty weak. Yeah they're more than a match for a regular person but no single primarch lost to a GD and a lot of regular astartes have. I think they're a over-hyped.
Primarchs a pinnacle of creation losing to one doesn't make one weak at all

Felt pretty ballsy to challenge you on something Lore related ;)
Thanks for the reply and much appreciation, mate. Sincerely.
I'm pretty sure there are other ways to kill deamons.
Surprised you didn't mention the Changeling
It was them or the Blue Scribes, just to keep balance between the gods. I find the Scribes cooler, so went with them as the better tale.

Is there any lore on the Emperor's actions/plans during the Dark Age of Technology or even before?
S Blair He went Molech to make a bargain with the Gods on how to make the primarchs
FUCKING HORUS!!!
What, this.... This is HERESY!........
I hereby condemn this to exterminates. I consign 30 minutes into oblivion.
Srsly tho. Keep it up.

Fair enough
Ugh. Wulfen are the worst. That art gives me nausea. If anything was begging for a retcon.
Why are they the worst?
