I thought Beyers used 10K claiming as the base level not Alw nw1. 83 BSF for 6f on a chart I got from DRF author James Quinn years ago. Also, Dave Litfin’s book is really good on speed figure form cycles.
Par numbers are created at a lot of commonly run levels although I think they still try to base the "average" allowance horse at an 80.
