Minute 21:45, you need the green desoldering paste for doing that, that way, you will over-hot the pcb lines!! Don't do that!!

Look at the ceramic capacitor connected to the IGBT source and drain. In some instances, it's also the faulty one.

Hi:
In the Samsung PL43E400U the FGD4536 is turned on and off by an OpAmp rail to rail D8698 of 8 pins.
There is also an IRS4427 driver of two outputs A and B in phase with the inputs. This driver uses it to turn on and off two RJP63K2
You should see if any of these IC is the one that the teacher changed in the PN51D440A5D model.

Too less time to get the solder to get hot and to attach to the pins and to the pcb, you need to hold down a few seconds more to get the solder as a mirror.
