Vulnerable ..Vulnerability is the state of being open to injury. Rejection the act of refusing to accept, use, or believe. To be told that if we do not love God we will go to hell, I see that as just terrifying us into belief, if we truly in our hearts know what is right and be kind to others I feel this is far better than forcing yourself to act like that just because your terrified not to. • @user-jn6jm4bb6f
      @user-jn6jm4bb6f 2 месяца назад

      Starting at 23:00 time signature.
Once you understand that God is infinite, you also understand that He is infinite in everything including every emotion and feeling.
That is, if you are in an intimate relationship with him (as the rabbi defines), you will also feel his infinite love but also his infinite vulnerability.
This is exactly as it exists in a proper marital system. As soon as you enter into an intimate system with your other half, where there is no boundary between the two sides, you begin to feel the full extent of the other side feelings, desires, needs and also his vulnerability, and they actually become yours. its felt in you as if they were yours.
We are doing it all the time, but we don't really understand it because it happens naturally and unconsciously.
The point is to make it conscious.
Because as soon as you start trying to do this consciously, you will immediately have internal resistance from logic and ego.
Why? Because the thought will immediately start in our heads: "Oh, HE needs me, so what do I get out of it? How can I make a profit from it?"
      then the real work begins....

  • @williamschlass6371

@4:07 "What is there to love about this?" The simple fact that everything G-d does for us, He does so knowing we cannot really do anything for him i.e. he doesn't truly need or want for anything. This makes us beneficiaries of Divine charity. Therefore, we love Him.

The Torah of 5 books NEVER mentions "Jews" one time, EVER. There are Israelites!

This may be off topic but is food for thought.
To understand God one should first understand the nature of knowledge. Knowledge inherently has no physical form. That which we see is the physical representation of knowledge. For instance, imagine all light bulbs on earth are destroyed, even then the knowledge of the light bulb still exists. Since knowledge inherently has no physical form, it is eternal (no beginning & no end) Now with that said one needs to understand the different types of knowledge. 1st of course is the knowledge of awareness. We know that it exists because it is what we truly are. We are the knowledge of awareness & since we know that knowledge inherently has no physical form, we know that what we truly are is eternal in nature. (no beginning & no end). Our bodies are the physical representation of the knowledge of all it's corresponding parts. If the knowledge of a thing didn't exist then we would never see the physical representation of it. Now if we know that we are eternal in nature, then we know that some other being did not create us, or even create the knowledge of the light bulb, since it too is inherently eternal (no beginning & no end). However, that is not to say there isn't an intelligence of awareness that has been awakened unto the knowledge of all things. (Effectively making them GOD). One could argue that there is truly only this One knowledge of awareness (GOD) in existence and it is focusing it's awareness in every variation of perceived reality simultaneously. Which effectively makes us all apart of a single whole. For instance imagine you where seeing reality through 2 different bodies at the same time, the first body being of a male design and the second body being that of a female design. Now it would still be you perceiving reality through both bodies but individually they would be perceptually separate. On the other hand one could argue that since one piece of knowledge is eternally separate from any other piece of knowledge, like the knowledge of the light bulb is eternally separate from the knowledge of a strawberry. One could argue there is a single unique piece of knowledge (That is you) combined with the knowledge of awareness effectively setting you apart from all others. Eternal none the less.

Nothing to do with religion, yes am Jewish but I believe in G-d and am Jewish, they are separate things and if I had not been born Jewish I think I would have become Jewish as to me there is only G-d no inbetweener. My life like most has been hard and people ask me why do you still believe in G-d, and what has he done for you. To me, it is not a belief, it's as I call it a 'Knowing' G-d exists just like the earth we live on does. What happens in my life is up to me and other humans not G-d - he gave me life for me to live. When I die, he will do as he wishes with me( soul).

"Religion is good for the world because it makes us aware of God." IMO its most vital usage/functions appear to be that it is able to organize people with a widespread universal moral code and ideology. A world without any religion seems like it would result in chaos. Better to have larger factions than small ones for the sake of an organized society to coexist. Which seems to be becoming a non-factor in a world where society is beginning to distance with the advancement of technology.

Yes, but this isn't technology. This is corporatism. Social media has devolved. Sharing messages and discourse has been funneled into narrow views and censored if not abiding by the corporate machine. Government and corporations, actually. Hence, there's a sickness in the system, so I don't believe it's technology's fault. But I understand where you're coming from.

@@Rochester92G Agree. I was not blaming technology. It's just a tool. It's up to us how we let that affect us. I agree with your take on corporatism. The lack of participation, the apathy and defeatist climate is what really concerns me.

You can only love God if you know him.
He's hard to know, unless he gave you recurring dreams ?

You doesn't need love, but you have to respond with love when you receive it.
You doesn't need to leave when nobody isn't there, but you have to leave when nobody come.
    It's that simple!
