Enjoyed the show! To the young man who asked the MOST FABULOUS questions of the evening: 1. Why is God so jealous of us and 2. why does He care? Short Answer: Because you belong to HIM! In Exodus 20:4-5 God warns against worshiping idols instead of giving Him the worship that belongs to Him alone. Worship and service are God's possessions, and it is a sin to worship or serve anything other than God. God is jealous of what belongs to Him, which is worship and service, to be given to Him alone.“You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God...” Notice that God is jealous when someone gives to another something that rightly belongs to Him. 3. Why does he care about what you eat - or dietary laws? One reason as I see it, was to set his chosen people apart from the rest of the world....also, think about it this way: if one is unable to control an eating habit, one is also probably unable to control other habits such as those of the mind (lust, covetousness, unrighteous hatred/anger) and also unable to keep one's mouth from gossip or strife.......Much love and peace to all!

I was wondering, I love God, and it took hearing this man one time and I know without doubt The Jewish people are his children. My question is I wondering if God still loves me? Even if I'm not Jewish? And my husband says I could never be, that you must be born Jewish. That breaks my soul. Am I damned because of where I was born?

I was not going to participate in any of the replies
      I had enjoyed the teaching
The questions and hearing the replies
Reading the replies was very insightfull and illuminating
      Your reply touched my heart
I am not getting into a debate.
Suffice to say, I pray for Israel, the world
      Especially at this time
      To your concern.
      Psalm 139 v 13
      Psalm 139 v 16
      Psalm 56 v 8
      Psalm 147 v 3
      1 Samuel 16 v 7
These verses show a loving God
They show a God full of compassion ( look into the meaning of compassion )
The verses show that Abba Father knows you better than you know yourself
He has a love for you, that is greater than you can ever imagine.
I suggest that you sit down quietly, and ask him to reveal himself to you and his love.
Have a personal relationship with him
I thank the brothers for their teaching and their humility

      I had Enjoyed teaching

Even when reading written, replied your intention, making any comments
However, when I read you comment, it truly touched my heart
So decided to reply to you
May I suggest you read the following
      1Samuel 16-7
      Isaiah 46 3-4
      Psalm. 56 - 8
      Psalm 139 - 13-16
I read of a heavenly Father who loves us unconditionally
I read of One who has compassion
(I suggest you look into the complete meaning of compassion)
      He knows your heart
I suggest you sit down quietly and spend time with Him
As you would anyone else that you love
And in that time he will reveal himself to you
      You are loved unconditionally

All children in the world should be allowed to listen and read both the Old and New Testaments. “What you believe, you receive”. God knows each of our thoughts and therefore how open our hearts truly are to Faith. Those who do not acknowledge Yeshua’s existence as being the sacrificial lamb lack faith in God. “These and Those to become one”.

What a difference between the brothers’ delivery of The Almighty message. In my search for the truth, I stumbled upon YY Jabobson’s channel, thanks to RUclips. Didn’t get the sense that YY Jaboson’s message was unifying. It stirred a lot of emotions that were not so positive. One of the many gifts I have been privileged to receive, is the ability to differentiate between good and not so good. With all due respect, the latter applied while I watched his video.

I have a question for you Rabbi Jacobson about the two brothers, Esau and Jacob:
If you were in Esau's shoes and your Father Isaac wanted to bestow you your blessing, but your younger brother was jealous of you and cheated you on your inheritance, what would you do as an older brother to his younger brother? Will you give him your "WRATH" or will you give him your "MERCY"?
I see you keep praising Jacob and not seeing his wrongdoing, and hating Esau for his good deeds by embracing and *"FORGIVING*" his brother who sinned against him.
Do you justify cheaters and hated people giving "MERCY"?
For *I desire mercy,* not sacrifice, and *acknowledgment of God* rather than burnt offerings.
As at Adam, they have *broken the covenant; they were unfaithful to me* there. -Hosea 6:6-7
Are you really teaching TORAH, or Are you teaching Jacob deceitfulness being beneficial to the JEWS?
And Torah is God's Marriage contract being rejected by Moses? Really?
    How narcissistic can Moses be?
He sounds like he wants to get thrown out of the promised land.
and you sounded like you want to go WRESTLE with God here.
How much WRESTLING do you want in your life and never get to the root of the problem?
There is this scripture in the book of Malachi 1:2-3...
“I have loved you,” says the Lord. “But you ask, ‘How have you loved us?’
“Was not Esau Jacob’s brother?” declares the Lord. “Yet I have loved Jacob, but Esau I have hated, and I have turned his hill country into a wasteland and left his inheritance to the desert jackals.”
    and in Romans 9:11-18
Yet, before the twins were born or had done anything good or bad-in order that God’s purpose in election might stand: not by works but by him who calls-she was told, “The older will serve the younger.” Just as it is written: “Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated.”
What then shall we say? Is God unjust? Not at all! For he says to Moses,
*“I will have MERCY on whom I have MERCY, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion.”*
*It does not, therefore, depend on human desire or effort, but on God’s mercy.* For Scripture says to Pharaoh: “I raised you up for this very purpose, that I might display my power in you and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth.” Therefore God has mercy on whom he wants to have mercy, and he hardens whom he wants to harden.

Here is what the Old Testament says...
    The Lord said to her,
“Two nations are in your womb, and two peoples from within you will be separated; one people will be stronger than the other, and the older will serve the younger.”
    (Genesis 25:23)
Here is what the New Testament says...
“The kings of the Gentiles lord it over them, and those who exercise authority over them call themselves Benefactors. But you are not to be like that. Instead, *the greatest among you should be like the youngest, and the one who rules like the one who serves. For who is greater, the one who is at the table or the one who serves? Is it not the one who is at the table? But I am among you as one who serves.* You are those who have stood by me in my trials. And I confer on you a kingdom, just as my Father conferred one on me, so that you may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom and sit on thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
    (Luke 22:25-30)
*The Parable of the Prodigal Son*
“There was a man who had two sons. The younger one said to his father, ‘Father, give me my share of the estate.’ So he divided his property between them.
“Not long after that, the younger son got together all he had, set off for a distant country and there squandered his wealth in wild living. After he had spent everything, there was a severe famine in that whole country, and he began to be in need. So he went and hired himself out to a citizen of that country, who sent him to his fields to feed pigs. He longed to fill his stomach with the pods that the pigs were eating, but no one gave him anything.
“When he came to his senses, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired servants have food to spare, and here I am starving to death! I will set out and go back to my father and say to him: Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son; make me like one of your hired servants.’ So he got up and went to his father.
“But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him.
“The son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son.’
“But the father said to his servants, ‘Quick! Bring the best robe and put it on him. Put a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet. Bring the fattened calf and kill it. Let’s have a feast and celebrate. For this son of mine was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’ So they began to celebrate.
“Meanwhile, the older son was in the field. When he came near the house, he heard music and dancing. So he called one of the servants and asked him what was going on. ‘Your brother has come,’ he replied, ‘and your father has killed the fattened calf because he has him back safe and sound.’
“The older brother became angry and refused to go in. So his father went out and pleaded with him. But he answered his father, ‘Look! All these years I’ve been slaving for you and never disobeyed your orders. Yet you never gave me even a young goat so I could celebrate with my friends. But when this son of yours who has squandered your property with prostitutes comes home, you kill the fattened calf for him!’
“ ‘My son,’ the father said, ‘you are always with me, and everything I have is yours. But we had to celebrate and be glad, because this brother of yours was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’ ”
    (Luke 15:11-32)
