Hi Ma'am... I tried this today but cake did not rise well... Also the layering took more time because it was not spreading throughout the tin fast. So the batter went into the pan for baking quite late ... So perhaps the baking soda reaction did not take place as was ideal..
1.the layers were not spreading throughout the cake tin as fast as shown in your video and
2. thus the cake did not rise well
3. Also the cake did not come out clean...it was stuck at the bottom.
Please let me know where did I go wrong.
I used the measurements exactly as directed by you and also the batter consistency was as shown in your video...not too thick and not too flowey...

Dear layers banane me 10 minutes lag jate hai. M vdo fast forward me dikhati hu isliye aapko laga ki layers jaldi ban jati h. And grease ur cake tin properly with ghee or butter. Dust some maida or use any white paper. Do not use so much of ghee or oil for greasing usse b cake stick karta hai. And agar better apne aap nahi failta hai to thoda sa spoon se use faila sakte hai. And follow these tips I hope it will work.
Tips for perfect cake
*Always use heavy bottom utensil for baking.
*Make sure the gap between Cake Tin And The Utensil should be atleast 2-3 inches.
*Bake on Low Flame on small burner.
*Never Check The Cake Again and Again it will increase the baking time or sometimes your cake will not rise. Always check after 20-25 minutes later.
*Always Use Fresh Baking Powder and Soda.
*Do not Over mix the Cake Batter otherwise cake won't rise enough.
*Use proper Cake Tin Size as per better
*Follow proper measurements
