@@philmienus2382 First of all, I never draw any final conclusions of law whatsoever. More importantly, that was direct examination not cross examination. Thirdly and most importantly, I don't think she'll do well in direct, cross or redirect. Seems like the facts and the laws are not exactly in her favor - and, in my humble opinion, she seems borderline illiterate and incompetent and extremely hostile and let's just say deceitful - an extremely poor combination for what's ahead for her.

If you actually listened to her you would have noticed she answered all the questions succinctly and with details. If this was an honest court she would have managed with a yes or no. But since this is such a kangaroo court Fani wants to make sure she makes every detail clear.
When someone lies about you, you need to explain and defend yourself. Liars on the other hand will hide, cower and avoid you when they find out you found out the truth.. unless the liar's lie could be a fate as bad as death, like going to prison for the rest of your life.
