Rogue has always been disgusting at 1v1s but him being a Rank 1 makes it exceptionally more difficult

Can't stand 1v1's. Such a shit concept in today's wow considering the ammount of healing and damage any hybrid can pull off heavily outweights any pure damage class' presusre just by Lining their CD's. Especially the rets, their burst and heals are so disgsting and the set up with HoJ is just too good.
And they don't have the old forbearance that used to make the duels somewhat balanced.
@Mickey Mouse Ret's heals are only limited by the base mana regen. And if you can't stop the heal from going off it's really OP.
Spriests are also limited by the same principle, but they don't have as much of defensive arsenal as rets do it's more reasonable in that sense, same with enha or druid, neither of those classes have heavy immunity and a whole defensive kit n top of it. The only 2 other classess with an immunity are heavily limited by iy; hunters move slowly, mages can't move at all, rets can both reposition freely and cast spells(heals) while it's active.
If you can't burst a ret chances are you can't kill them ciz the'll just wear you down while you bleed cds. They always have better cds, more cds, more burst damage and more sustain. Remmeber that BoP used to make you unable to attack and Bubble used to make you deal 50% less damage for it's duration? Yeah that's long gone, and the 1minute cd from forbearance for both BoP/BUbble and Wings. And Rets were still unbelievably tanky an good in 1v1s. Current rets are OP and have been for over ten years now, I don't understand why noone sees it. Ever since Cata Rets are just the dumbest class with the best CD arsenal.
It is true however that warlocks are too tanky for no rason, their healing used to be the reason that they need to lifetap to not go oom, now this problem doesn't exist, yet the innate tankiness still persists for some reason through all these years. Warlocks don't need to be that tanky to be good; Look at WotLK warlocks, all three specs were viable and they were squishy as hell without their pets that also was a 10second cast btw. Now the pet summon is much shorter, pets are way tankier and warlocks are nort squishy at all. The only tool warlocks are missing is an immunity, partial or ful; they used to have it in MoP and warlock reigned supreme all the way through, there's a reason they don't have it anymore.
