Have it many other places, so who cares.* *I took the Squalo out of the Garage and finally got it into the Ocean, provided, I wasted over five minutes in doing this! I wanted to show it, though, since I didn't show this in any of the other Vice City Showcase Videos. Dumb thing always getting stuck on the side of walls and stuff, grinding on the ground. Disgusting...* *The 2nd Save is all INSIDE Garage RC Vehicles. The Player's Bandit was obtained using the Grenade Method shown in my Guide, and after teleporting into it, I just did "The Party" while using it to unmark it, thus allowing me to turn it into an INSIDE Garage Version. The Goblin/Raider use the INSIDE Garage Method shown in my Guide, only that instead of controlling Tommy on foot with the RC Vehicle back to a Garage, you would need to get Tommy sitting on the Angel and then control said Angel and RC Vehicle at the same time back to the Garage. No need to stand on a Save Icon, either. Just blow them up in the Garage and you have it. Doing this, the Angel is also not being controlled anymore after the fact, thus no need to save the game to get rid of the extra Tommy on the Angel! The RC Baron was obtained using OM0 and then just pushed the Wreck back to the Garage and restored it. A Boomshine Method DOES exist for that, even on DE, but it was annoying to pull off. The 3X Opponent's RC Bandit's CAN BE OBTAINED where you do not blow them up (with much luck) and can triple drive them back to a Garage. This never worked for me, so I did it the old fashioned way and used the RPG Method to blast one by one by one back to the Garage.* *The Starter and FIRST Saves were done "normally" but the SECOND Save was done purely with Autosave Slot until reaching 100%. This is why it reads 4 Safehouse Visits from the Starter Save, but only 5 in the SECOND 100% Save. So yeah, confirmed. You can do III/VC/SA/LCS/CW MOBILE Starter Saves all with 1 Safehouse Visit with this technique as well as even the 100% Save, or at worst, 2 Safehouse Visits, if you are continuing from the Starter Save after saving OR the Autosave Slot. DE is no different. You can get 1 Safehouse Visit in any III/VC/SA DE Starter Save as well as 1 (or 2) Safehouse Visits by 100%, as well, all because of Autosave existing and updating the Save File every time a Side Mission, like Taxi Driver, is activated. Thus updating the Autosave Slot, but not going into a Safehouse and actually saving to increase the Safehouse Visits Stat.* *Next is my LCS PSP Save Assembling Project. Once complete, will show that Showcase Video, too. Then move to VC Mobile stuff and once done, post that and then finally, onto the LCS/VCS Guide Remakes!*
I never cared much for the DP/EP/FP Squalo due to having the BP/EP/FP Squalo. The only difference is the invisible DP Property, but, since I get EC2's which are invisible and there IS space, you might as well get it. Still don't care though, since I have it in my PS2 Save and will also have it in my upcoming Mobile Save. It's just missing in my PC Save and DE Save.
There is EC Vehicles. You obtain the "Black" Vehicle from a Mission, you put it into a Garage, it turns Green or Pink, or both. You take this Vehicle into a Pay and Spray. Now it's BACK TO BLACK! Black Colors are just "broken" in 1.03 and above. Still doesn't mean they don't exist or were removed.
@@LethalVaccine I'm a little late with this comment but I only saw the video now, I'm playing the definitive edition on switch with the black vehicles with the neon green color, I already got a Washington and an Admiral but when I take them to a Pay and Spray they don't come back black like you said, they turn a random color like Pay and Spray does, can you tell me if I'm doing something wrong or it's the version of the game that's not right, someone should make a video about it!

You're gaining Pay and Spray Visit Stats every time you enter one, and you can finish any Vice City Save with ZERO Pay and Spray Visits, so it's stupid to even "turn them back to black," if that is even a thing, which it isn't, I guess. Keep them Green and Pink. That MEANS they are Black. Black = Green = Pink. All of them are the same. Question the fools that made the game, Grove Street Games, ask them why their trash is so rancid and broken.

Unfortunately, I doubt there will be any fixes. They abandoned these Ports, basically, and wish they never existed, that's how bad they are. But here we are. They exist. People try and play them. I don't know why.
Mobile DE's might "look better" but are not as good as any other DE's since Day ONE release of Mobile is PATCHED DE...Meaning, there is no such thing as the DP Conversion in III and Black Vehicles are messed up in Vice City. So, the only DE's worth it are PC, Switch, and PS4, and if you are updated to 1.03 or higher, it's also game over, not worth it, everything broken and patched. Notice...I am playing on 1.01. Where stuff is still working and not patched, so yeah, not worth it, since you'll be buying everything PATCHED already.
What Version am I playing on? I use Version 1.01, and will always use this. I still have DP Conversion in III and EC Black Vehicles in VC. I have this Version backed up, too. Never will lose it. The only DE I care since after Version 1.03, everything sucks for III/VC DE.
I collected all black vechiles in DE but most of them are neon green and landstalker is half green half pink im playing on steam is there any way to downgrade 🤧
No way to downgrade, but you can "find 1.01" out there, if you really want it, lol... Besides, you can still get those Vehicles as Black. Just take them into a Pay and Spray and now they will be Black...How they originally should of been in the first place. Idiot Grove Street Games breaking stuff, as usual...
Same here. Someone (Minty) told me this almost a year ago, and totally forgot about it until a week ago or so when I read his comment (again). So you can still get all the Black Vehicles, but at the cost of a Pay and Spray Visit each. Imo, still not worth it. If you have obtained the Vehicles as Green or Pink (or both), then that means...You have these Vehicles, and without using Pay and Spray. I wouldn't take all of them in there, then back into a Garage and then save over it. I wouldn't do that, but it's up to you.

Confirmed! I just checked my current LCS PSP Starter Save and it's very good. The ONLY downside of it is that it has 2 Safehouse Visits when it "should be" 1. How did this happen? Well, back when I was doing it in March 2021, I would mount the Sanchez to do *Bumps and Grinds* only for the game to not work properly and never let me do any Courses. This problem was FIXED after saving/reloading. Then, when I finished, of course, I saved again, to make it 2. The thing is, I have an OLD LCS PSP Starter Save that reads only 1 Safehouse Visit, but the Total Playing Time is higher by about 30 minutes and I also do not have both the Kuruma/Landstalker like my current 48% Starter Save has, with the 2 Safehouse Visits. But, in the end, yeah, who cares. Won't waste my time, and will keep what I have with 2, and continue from there. Hopefully end with 3, but who knows since the last time I did LCS on PSP to 100%, *The Sicilian Gambit* would glitch and not let me pass, would softlock or something. Only by saving/reloading would fix that, too, so it might be 4 when all is said and done, but again, who cares. Got 1 on PS2, got 6 on Mobile (doing it without Save States or Autosave), and have 2 on PSP. Now, I will decide which 12 to get and begin in the coming days, likely on Tuesday. Should only take a week tops, I guess. Then finally...We can discuss VC Mobile! I won't be redoing that Starter Save, either, which reads 9 Safehouse Visits and was not done with Autosave. I'll just convert it to iOS so it can load up in Android 1.10 and continue on from there in both my 100% Saves. 2nd Save with 44 EP/EC/EC2 Black Vehicles, some being DP, some being Random EC's. I'll do the 100% Saves for VC Mobile using Autosave, LOL...So basically when I finish, it'll only read 10 Safehouse Visits in both Saves, lol... Just checked...There's ~ 68 total Vehicles I can potentially convert to EP/EC/EC2 Black, with possible DP and Random EC's. That's literally EVERY Vehicle Model, essentially...I won't get what I have on PS2 already as just EC/EC2 Black, and I won't get some useless and giant Boats, either, but everything else is very possible. I guess it will depend how I feel after doing the SECOND Save with 44 and see if I really care about the remaining to do a THIRD Save. Remember...I am not going to 100% at all in the SECOND (or third) Save(s). They would be continuation's of the FIRST Save, and using Autosave, etc...It's basically just needing to do 44 Conversions in a row...Hopefully it goes quick LOL...
More time than that, because after converting, I then need to drive this Vehicle in the 100% Save to the Garage I want to store it in. Do this 44 times, and get all 44 in the SAME Save. Luckily, there is plenty of Bikes and small Vehicles, like the Caddy to choose from and I got the Packer, Linerunner, and some big stuff already on PS2 in the 2nd Save as just EC/EC2 Black, without EP. Plus the Conversion itself takes about 5-7 minutes a pop...X44... I can probably do 15-20 Vehicles a day, or close to 20...So, it should take about 3-4-5 days max to finish it, I suppose! Just debating if I will do a THIRD Save to gather up the final ones. Gotta think about this...
No, because after the fact (as usual) it'll be released to PC which I much prefer these days to a Console. In the end, any Console Version can always be emulated down the line, so yeah... With that said, my brother in law has a brand new PS5 still in the box and when VI is released, he plans to get it and I'll be sure to try it out there and such...
