i remember this,our councillor mwaura was involved,jailed for life,though later released after numerous appeals due to lack of evidence,heard the files were hidden after the judge retired

Why is it that kenyan police are always in a hurry to go court without thorough investigation and solid evidence? There are alot of cold cases,no closure to these families.
