You don't talk too much. You're passionate about what you do and I love your enthusiasm!!!
I appreciate that!
You always show us on a piece of wood scrap. Which is great for the process. I want to see your techniques on pieces of furniture. I recently watched your trip to the antique and garden show. The furniture was amazing. I’d love to see you replicate a piece and show how you did it. I’m thinking of joining your inner circle and that’s the stuff I would hope is in there. Thanks!
Oh I love Patina Farm too! Watch their videos all the time! Beautiful home and love their farm animals and their property!
Beautiful 🤩 It would be helpful to have the steps on the screen before, during and after steps. Love your products:)
you are so helpful and easy to follow on how to do the finishes. I can't wait to get my paints from you. I have worked with Dixie Belle and Anne Sloan but what I like about your paints is the old world finish. love it!
Have fun!
This finish is absolutely gorgeous!!
Amy, this is fabulous! Good job and thanks you’re a GREAT teacher 🤗
Thank you so much!
What a beautiful finish! I'm wondering if you were to stencil or stamp on top of the finish and then use the waxes at the end?
Hi Amy, I love love love this technique. I have raised the grain on a wooden oak dining table .
My desire is to use the venetian plaster scraping it back to stay and hang out inside the crevices of the raised grain. So my question is can I do the Venetian plaster on top of Raw wood , That may have tiny areas that have some of the original maker’s poly(topcoat). Should I seal it before I use the venetian plaster? My desire is for it to stay the same color except just have the white in all the crevices
Amy I absolutely love this finish. If I wanted to do this look with a 1 step or 1 hr paint which would you pick to be closest to this Pomegranate color.?
QUESTION, could you use a deglosser on already stained and sealed piece then clean slate and go onto the milk paint? I want to use stained wood and not cover it up to have some peek through. I love these videos, so helpful.
I love this finish! Thank you for sharing your knowledge 🥳
Thanks for watching!
I found you a couple of weeks ago. I am learning a lot from you. You are so talented
If I already painted my wall with the 1 step paint, could I do the plaster over it and get a similar look? Obviously not identical, but similar?
Inspired to try this on my ugly glossy faux wood ceiling fan blades! Thank you, Amy
You give great inspiration.
Thank you so much 😊
shared! Loving the color of this milk paint recipe!
Thanks for sharing!!
Please show us how to antique gold..🙏😊
What time do you go live on Wednesday? I keep missing you!
Thank you so much for your lesson. Hy from Romania
I love this !!!!
I was yelling “lime” “lime” but....I’m #replay Charlottesville VA Valentine’s Day 2021. So....
I hope your ribs are healing Miss Amy Sending love❤️❤️❤️
P.S. I can't wait to try the new sealer 😁
Pretty!!!!
Lovely
LOVE
Is there any way to achieve this technique with one step?
You can use One Step Paint as a base color and you can use One Step Paint in Venetian Plaster for color. The affect that you get will be slightly different because the pigmentation is not in powder form and the One Step as the base may not "antique" the same. We would love to see your results! Please show us on the Amy Howard at Home Before and After page on Facebook!
Wow ❤️
Lime, calcium carbonate and marble dust! ❤️
Love it!!
I wouldn't call it pomegranate, it looks like Georgia clay to me, I would call it Georgia Road..
Please stop drinking 🤦♀️
