I am actually turning to Norse mythological. I am very interested in their beliefs and religion and I just find it so fascinating and something to believe in. I honestly never followed religion but Norse Mythology has given me something to believe in. I am gonna buy this book.

Depends on what you’re looking for. And how accurate you want it to be to what we ACTUALLY know. Although I have yet to find a collection of everything in one book. as a “practicing” Norse pagan here are some good recommendations I can give you. If you’re re looking for actual translations of old Norse text the best name I can give you is Dr Jackson Crawford. Just look him up on Amazon. Also check out his RUclips channel. He’s a former university professor, who now uploads to RUclips. He has pretty much anything you could want to know on his channel and more coming. ruclips.net/channel/UCXCxNFxw6iq-Mh4uIjYvufg He has some of the best/ most readable translations of the Poetic Edda and the Havamal. As well as some others like the saga of the volsungs. Then we have Snorri Sturlisons the prose Edda (which I think Crawford is working on his own translation of now.) snorri was a Christian who translated some Norse text in the 1200s...so the historical accuracy is questionable (possible it’s tainted by Christian belief.) is still worth the read. Regardless. It has stories the Poetic Edda does not. If you want more of an easily readable not so boring (the Eddas can be a bore to read at times just based off their age.) alternative, Neil Gaimans “Norse mythology” is a great book. It tells the stories In a more entertaining way. Hope this helps. Even though it’s kind of an old comment. As for this book in the video, I’m getting it soon so personally I can’t comment but from what I have heard it’s great and fun to read, although some portions aren’t 100% accurate.
