PS Vita is full of trashy games and lacks a lot of great titles. It’s not even close to how good PSP was. I use my vita only to run PSP games and some homebrews, what a waste of great potential…
All modern systems are full of trashy games.
It was lacking in major big budget titles, sure, but it quickly became indie-game heaven.
Full of trashy games? Are we playing the same console? It's goddamn heaven for those that love RPGs, novels and indie games. Unless you are one of those that consider anything to be bad if it isn't AAA (You probably are).
The wasted potential is there because the support for the console lasted nothing.

@@kenshiku 1000 japanese novels, crappy ports, weak RPGs make Vita a good portable? Not in million years. If you like those japanese shitty content (novels, my gosh), well, then I agree you'll be well served; but anyone with a minimal taste knows the Vita has one of the weakest libraries on a portable EVER. And no, I'm not an "AAA or nothing" kind of player, I play almost every gender. But defend PS Vita is like defending Atari Jaguar. It was a complete failure, maybe 10 games can be considered good.
@@SacilvioSantos As someone who easily played over a 100 titles on Vita, I'm gonna have to disagree.
Also, lots of visual novels are actually really good (currently playing through Va-11 Hall-A, which is a really relaxing game) and critically acclaimed (Nonery games, Danganronpa, Stein's Gate, etc)
The Vita had a vast library of indie games, at a time when no other portable handheld could play those. Basically every classic indie title is on there (Hotline Miami, Fez, Darkest Dungeon, Bastion, Undertale, Spelunky, Guacamelee, Unfinished Swan, Shovel Knight, Rogue Legacy, Limbo, Stardew Valley, etc)
If you're just here to hate on a system you probably never even owned, there's better things to occupy your time with.
