Watts' philosophy / Zen/Zen Buddhism is changing my life day-to-day lately. Saving it, really. He was incredible, and so are these ideas in general. i can't believe i didn't know of this way of thinking when i was younger. It just takes the edge off, makes me feel like i'm not actually doing anything wrong even though I've always felt that i am. Makes me feel that I'm in the right place, and just to live out my life.
And take it easy lol. This has been life changing . And very very interesting are his speeches.

Thanks I'm taking care of my mother in law but its been greatful for each day being thankful for each day because its a challenge but she didn't ask to get sick but i also have to take care of myself an my own well-being. Mental state physical emotional.

Everything that exists, is YOU experiencing it, and how these experiences makes you feel.
