Hi, i got one case, as he is facing TCP port number reused. i Change the TCP time wait to 5 sec. and still not working . could you help me on this. By the way i worked as Palo alto TAC engineer.

We can easily find out from where it's stuck the packet by using trace,, believe in real environment we can't ping from each device.anyway video is informative
