I honestly have never done this before and I am goin on a trip there in a 2 months, is the gondola the way to go and ski? what is the difference between peak 7 and 8 do we have to leave and take a gondola every time?
Awesome! You're going to have so much fun!! The Gondola is the easiest way to access Peaks 7+8 from the parking lots in town and is free - there is also the Breck Free Ride bus that goes around to the various base areas around town but it might take longer - the BreckConnect Gondola goes directly up to 8 then 7. Peak 7 has a much smaller base area and is more for intermediate riders - it will also give you access to steeper terrain further up the mountain and is also the fastest way to peak 6. Peak 8 has beginner to expert terrain and is where most of the action is for the resort.
