"Use your right to self defense." You realize that first video was in Australia, right? What's a 67 year old woman supposed to do against two young adults, write an angry letter?
i live in Qld Australia and we are seeing an unprecedented amount of car robberies, home invasions and assaults. Mainly most of these are perpetrated by teen and youth crime, its become a very scary time and people are beginning to take matters into their own hands as police and Government policy are not doing enough to stop this from becoming worse.

I was an otr trucker for a decade. I wouldn't have stopped in that first video either. I may have a half mile or so down the road and called the police. I saw some crazy things. Clowns in corn fields in Indiana at 4am, cars speeding the wrong way down highways at night in Nebraska, bears climbing on my truck at night, tornados, herds of hundreds of elk crossing the road, men trying to open my truck door, cars with kids in them slamming on their breaks on mountain downgrades trying to get hit for insurance money (they'll know you'll try to stop because of the kids, so you won't hit them as hard), people whipping into on coming traffic to get around a truck, dying in the process. I've seen ghosts, if you believe in them.
My uncle was a cab driver back in Suriname. Heard some bone-chilling stories about the 'people' he saw on the side of the road and then mysteriously disappear... There is more between heaven and earth...
@MSpianoduel18 I've seen ghosts several times, the most memorable being translucent people in the woods in Virginia, a kid in a NC light blue hoodie stepping in front of my truck during the day on the bridge over the lake in New Orleans, and a guy in a navy blue hoodie who just appears in front of vehicles near Frankenmuth MI (my dad was a Detroit cop and he "hit" the same ghost). I saw the ghost of a teenage girl who looked dirty and terrified in my semi in Kentucky. Things had been moving around for a while, then one night I woke up and she was crouched in a ball on the floor next to my bed. I thought she was a living girl who had broke in at first. I told her I wouldn't hurt her and she could stay if she wanted, but the truck wasn't mine, and that I was sure people were waiting for her. Never saw her or had anything weird happen in that truck again. A couple years later I was in a different truck and a woman died trying to pass my semi by going into on coming traffic. The next night, a few states away I heard a woman say "hello? Can anyone hear me?!" I said I can hear you, but never heard her speak again. *if you're wondering why I didn't freak out when I saw the girl it's because I grew up in a haunted house, and I was relieved it wasn't something scarier. For weeks I had seen shadows of someone moving on my top bunk, which freaked me the hell out. I rather just see the ghost than deal with shadows and noises.

If people are concerned that I didn’t stop they clearly didn’t understand the situation. I’d be like “Nope I ain’t slowing down, I ain’t dying tonight” then afterwards I’d start trying to make light of the situation even if I’m by myself. Like my favorite bounty hunter says “Don’t get in my way”
as someone who lives near jamaica, there was definitely not a person on that bike in the first vid and it’s pretty clear someone pushed it in hopes to get him to pull over. he did the right thing not stopping
The driver in the 1st video, I think, clearly knew this was a robbery attempt. He didn't hesitate he just kept on driving. The fact that he started shaking his head, I think, proves that he knew this was an attempted robbery
Are you joking? If the conductor was afraid, it wasn’t for him/herself. That train went through the box like it was a hot knife through butter, there is very little a train has to he worried about hitting, and a semi truck is (fortunately) not one of them
@phantagirlable infrequently. That train weighs way, way, waaaay more than that box truck. Force is mass times acceleration; because it weighs so much more and because it is already moving, it has an Incredibly strong force. Typically, derailments are not caused by a train hitting something heavy, they’re caused by equipment failure. Further more, only 1% of railroad incidents involving fatalities occur because of a derailment, it’s much more common for cars/people on the track to get hit and perish. To be clear: could the truck have derailed the train? Yes, absolutely. The wheels could catch debris and lose connection to the rails. But if the conductor was afraid, he was not for himself, because the chances of him even being killed in a derailment is really, really low. Almost all injuries and fatalities in train crashes are not attributed to derailment.
The truck on the tracks also seems to have been hit by the Tropicana Juice train, a train that runs from Florida to New Jersey twice a week. It usually has 100 fully loaded cars of packaged juice ready to be shipped to stores when it arrives in New Jersey. Needless to say, that train is heavy as shit and would take forever to come to a full stop. At that point, ditch the truck and keep yourself alive.
4:00 I used to live in that area as a kid. There's two things you can't see in that video. 1.) There's a three way stop behind the crossing, the truck was making a right turn onto Curtis. 2.) There is only one sign warning about the possibility of highsiding the truck and it's on the side the truck with the cam was on. 3.) I have no clue why a truck would be on that road to begin with as it's super narrow and 100% residential.

It's okay, he still has his long beautiful hair period but the - of that truck probably split from the impact of him hitting it.It's forehead on it.I'm sorry.I've been in two scary car accidents but that was funny
Hubby drove hazmat tanker for 25yrs before he switched to driving an office chair. One of the worst accidents he helped clean up after was a cattle truck driver had a heart attack, crossed the median and hit another tanker head on. I'll never forget the pictures that I saw and that was 30yrs ago. I'm sure hubby has the images burned in his brain. 😔
8:08 The truck could've had drugs secretly stashed on it for them to retrieve later. That's something they like to do, though they usually wait until the vehicle is stopped somewhere to get them.
It's crazy how often we've passed by every day places where people have died. There's a busy target near my house where some lady killed herself and tried to kill her kids with sleeping pills in the parking lot. She did die, but luckily the kids survived.
@@merciless972You just never know, do you? There was a series of murders in the area where I used to live, some guy went around killing homeless guys. One of the bodies was found on the back steps of the library, in a spot where they bend around into the hill passing up from lower to upper parking lots… so a secluded spot. I eventually got the courage to walk through but I assume they had someone power wash it and I don’t blame them… but the city had been talking for years about building a new library nearby and I swear the ball got rolling in record time after that… And yes, the killer was caught. Some veteran who no doubt needed more mental health care than he ended up receiving, when he came back from overseas. At least, that’s the most charitable view I can offer on it. Edit: I looked it up. His name was Itzcoatl Ocampo and he both had a terrible life, a head injury and PTSD but murdered his mother and brother as well as a veteran who spoke negatively about him in the newspaper. And he ended himself by eating Ajax packets. But it also says he killed a man at a shopping center I used to frequent. Like you said… people die all over. Cemeteries are honestly far less scary than a city street… all that happens there is the interment.
5:32. Truck and train. That is the railroads fault 100%. The RR made a raised crossing and the truck trailer got stuck/bottomed out. Now some will say it's the truckers fault because he was pulling a drop deck, but they are wrong. Reason being if it was not a drop deck, the landing gear on a trailer would still bottom out on that raised crossing.
Thats amazing those two truck drivers that flew over the Underpass were unharmed. Maybe the Truck Driver did not drive faster than his Angels could fly that day?😊
the vid at 8:13 is absolutely haunting because it's actually possible to fall asleep behind the wheel. my mom fell asleep while driving and she got into an accident that severely fucked up her neck - she's not paralyzed but she's had numerous neck and back surgeries because of it and she's had neck problems since then. i'm thankful that she's still alive today in her mid 40s. i'm not talking about any of this for sympathy, i'm simply trying to spread awareness. please make sure you or someone you know has gotten good enough rest before actually driving - it might save a life and especially save a trip to the hospital and avoid surgery.
Same for me when I was about 11 my dad and I had gone up country to buy a new car (2001 Subaru Legacy Outback 3.0 H6) known for having a incredibly quiet engine - going down the highway at highway speeds (I was asleep) all of a sudden I feel a bang and hear loads of screeching my dad had fallen asleep and rear ended a van going in the slower lane (50-60) we where doing (70-80) the van we hit was ruined thankfully he was unharmed but the scary ness of what I had whitnessed haunted me for ages
So I know what happened at the wood mill. This was a sister company of one place I used to work at. So... there is usually a silo that holds all the saw dust collected from all the machines running and if there isn't regular maintenance and/or specifically check the wetness and humidity of the silo. Heat and pressure can turn the silo basically into a bomb under the right circumstances. Unfortunately this did happened and no one was hurt. Just people lost their job

The turban flying off did it for me 🤣🤣

That's an Alfa Romeo, not a BMW
You know cars 🎉
I also recognised it immediately from the exhaust pipes
Laugh so much at the "Bmw" everytime he said it with the emblem on screen. Own 2 stelvio models
Also its two guys not a guy and girl
@@Skiddols Another typo lol
I like it how this guy makes the kind of videos that are on the middle of the line between scary but not gonna keep you up all night 😂
True but anxiety ain't no fun either lol
You must've missed a few vids lol
And how do you know what would keep me up all night? Just saying. 😱 😆
the frightening irony of “ghost riders in the sky” as the truck is cut in half by the train. Whew damn as a trucker myself that made my stomach tense up
5th guy is the proof that even if the road is free you shouldnt sleep on the wheel.
The guy that was sleeping soundly at the back of the truck had one rude awakening
honestly tho, what goes through someones head when they just take a nap when they are at the wheel
@@EperkeDashhProbably nothing. The driver experienced a microsleep, an uncontrollable short episode of sleep that lasts a few seconds & occurs so quickly that people don’t realize they fell asleep. A person may even appear awake & have their eyes open, but the brain can’t process info. It’s very dangerous when driving, but quite common. It’s like driving drunk. Sleep deprivation can cause poor judgment, lack of awareness, slow thought processes & reaction time, memory loss, etc.
People really believe that anyone just thinks it is a good idea to take a nap driving?
It is involuntary, no one decide to sleep while driving.
"The wheels in the bus go round & round, round & round, round & round" 😎💪🤝
I know a friend of my dad's who worked in Africa in the late 70s, early 80s, and one evening they came upon two people laying on the road. His security detail FLOORED IT and rand over both people. He remained calm till they returned to the housing compound then asked the security officer about what just happened and he explained that it was 100% an ambush and as far as he was concerned there were most definitely two less road bandits walking the face of the Earth and that's a good thing...
Nice

In my head I just saw two drunk or stoned dudes chilling talking about life and remarking about the stars then BAM.

I am amazed that those cartel thugs didn't use guns against that trucker. Also, they were pretty comical, trying to block the road with the shoulder still open for him to escape. They must belong to the Howdy Doody Cartel.
You don't even know how scared I was to see the back of a log truck in a Most Disturbing Things Caught On Dashcam video. I'm glad that nobody was injured in the explosion, though.
Perfect video to be watching on a rainy afternoon, keep up the good work!
How do people let themselves get robbed in their own car? Use your right to self defense! If they’re threatening you, you can run them over in this situation since you’re defending yourself!
It'd be real hard to prove in court. That's why dashcams are so important.
And yet they didn’t get robbed. People who fantasize about shooting or killing people who are robbing them are….
@@yami1389if the person is trying to rob you I highly doubt they are going to the police, and if they are dead they can’t.
"Use your right to self defense."
You realize that first video was in Australia, right? What's a 67 year old woman supposed to do against two young adults, write an angry letter?
@@jordannewman177you do realize that there would be an investigation, correct? 🤦♀️
i live in Qld Australia and we are seeing an unprecedented amount of car robberies, home invasions and assaults. Mainly most of these are perpetrated by teen and youth crime, its become a very scary time and people are beginning to take matters into their own hands as police and Government policy are not doing enough to stop this from becoming worse.
Too bad you can't use a gun.
Remember: If there ain't no witnesses, it didn't happen!
Not sure what part of Queensland you’re in, but virtually no crime except for the odd speeder where I am. Oh, and occasional drunk kicking wheelie bins - the height of crime!
@@MatthewMorgan3030 Bro, whatever other comment you posted got deleted.
@@MatthewMorgan3030 Somebody's certainly got an inferiority complex the size of Australia, that's for sure.
I'm also genuinely unsure where you get the idea the US doesn't have laws revolving around the use of guns in self defense, because in a sea of ignorance and bad takes about America this may be the first time I've ever encountered someone making *that* particular claim.
Can't blame that trucker from the first video for not stopping, not one bit. He saved his own life.
I love how people are only commenting about the very first video only when the other 5 videos are so much worse. Makes me think most of yinz only watched the first video, commented afterwards and left lol
@@jimsty7550literally
If people are concerned that I didn’t stop they clearly didn’t understand the situation. I’d be like “Nope I ain’t slowing down, I ain’t dying tonight” then afterwards I’d start trying to make light of the situation even if I’m by myself. Like my favorite bounty hunter says “Don’t get in my way”
as someone who lives near jamaica, there was definitely not a person on that bike in the first vid and it’s pretty clear someone pushed it in hopes to get him to pull over. he did the right thing not stopping
If someone tries to force you off the road, you don't stop.
The driver in the 1st video, I think, clearly knew this was a robbery attempt. He didn't hesitate he just kept on driving. The fact that he started shaking his head, I think, proves that he knew this was an attempted robbery
I hope the driver of the train was ok…must have been even scarier for them because they couldn’t bail out.
Are you joking? If the conductor was afraid, it wasn’t for him/herself. That train went through the box like it was a hot knife through butter, there is very little a train has to he worried about hitting, and a semi truck is (fortunately) not one of them
Seriously? Do you realize how much weight is behind a locomotive much less an entire train? Google it.
😇
Yea a train has nothing to worry about when it comes to most obstructions
You can clearly see a person push that bike.
The first guy was smart not to stop.
1:23 minutes into the first story, you can see in the slow motion that someone pushes the bike out infront of the truck
6:47 always drive past or through. Never stop
Indeed. I would've if I seen two cars just stop and block the road seems suspicious.
First guy is laughing because it probably happens to him all the time. Also the guy in the 3rd video still has the truck just not the trailer lol.
9:20 When that bass hits
I'm learning to drive trucks, I ain't stopping for no one who surrounds my truck and blocks the road.

good stuff i respect that your hunting for the real scary things in life that ghost bs get old fast
It's always a good night when Chilling Scares upload disturbing dashcam footage
Am I the only one that thought the truck driver falling asleep and running down the embankment was funny as hell?🤣8:48 - watch again - in an instant, he goes from trucker to looking like the wicked witch of the west! 😂But in all seriousness, he's lucky he had his seatbelt on because that impact would have surely killed him!

Ive driven over those tracks in chester multiple times and would have never thought damn this is where somone died
It's crazy how often we've passed by every day places where people have died. There's a busy target near my house where some lady killed herself and tried to kill her kids with sleeping pills in the parking lot. She did die, but luckily the kids survived.
Any notably raised crossing can give that thought.
@@merciless972 god damn thats merciless
@@merciless972You just never know, do you? There was a series of murders in the area where I used to live, some guy went around killing homeless guys. One of the bodies was found on the back steps of the library, in a spot where they bend around into the hill passing up from lower to upper parking lots… so a secluded spot. I eventually got the courage to walk through but I assume they had someone power wash it and I don’t blame them… but the city had been talking for years about building a new library nearby and I swear the ball got rolling in record time after that…
And yes, the killer was caught.
You have such a cool voice, I love hearing you tell these stories. ❤
Lol someone else notice that haha
Glad the trucker in the first vid didn't stop 👍
6:37 just give them an ultimatum - the truck can absolutely flatten their cars, so either they move their cars or get flattened, simple.
Imagine having a co-driver and STILL falling asleep at the wheel.

So... there is usually a silo that holds all the saw dust collected from all the machines running and if there isn't regular maintenance and/or specifically check the wetness and humidity of the silo. Heat and pressure can turn the silo basically into a bomb under the right circumstances. Unfortunately this did happened and no one was hurt. Just people lost their job
