Thank you for your tips during the hot days. I usually do my errands by walking around town out in the heat, I make sure I wear a cap, and organize my errands by using pedestrian that is mostly covered from the sun, but not all pedestrian ways are covered, so I sometimes walk in the back alley where the buildings block the sun.

Take a "Good Morning" sweat towel, soak in water, wring it almost dry. Put in freezer. When going out in hot sun, put it over your head and you will be super cooler than a local

Whenever i go outside, i atleast close my eye a bit and and cover my eyes, i just Wish Malaysia was placed somewhere colder😂
