- “Extra” has an exclusive sneak peek at “90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way”! Shekinah and Sarper explore their playful sides as they dress up in traditional Turkish clothes for a photoshoot. “90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way” airs Monday at 8 p.m. ET/OT on TLC.
Pretending to be Turkish Royalty is a bit different than just dressing up in traditional clothing, isn't it? These two are the king and queen of nothing.
I do believe that they love each other, but I think it’s more of a lust love

There were actually lots of blonds in the ottoman empire, the kidnapped girls from russia and the surrounding land to be in the padisahs harem
Not to mention her whole body and face is fake with plastic surgery. The Ottoman women were pure and beautiful and loved the way they were created. Shekna is a plastic nothing!

Anyways, the Ottoman Empire was one of the greatest empires of all times similar to the Roman empire, this is basic knowledge in history
I think because she was raised mennonite and I know the Mennonite’s and Amish in our community aren’t taught world history or geography because they don’t feel they need it. They are raised to be farmers and farmers wives … in fact, Mennonite girls stop the education by grade 7, and then are taught by the mother, how to cook and clean and do laundry. Having said that at 48 or 49 or whatever she is, you would think she had watched Jeopardy by now and or read a book. 🤷🏼♀️ when she speaks, she speaks very well so I know she’s not a dummy. It’s just that she has bad taste in men and should probably read a history book.

Yes, I thought it was a little odd. Shekinah didn’t know what a sultan was, but she was raised Mennonite and the Mennonites in our community and the Amish aren’t taught world history or world geography because they don’t feel there’s a need for it when you groom to be a farmer and a farmer wife, in fact, Mennonite and Amish girls stop school by grade 7 where they’re taught even harder how to be a good cook cleaner, dress, seamstress, and mother…. Sometimes I think that’s why she likes a man who can be in control because her father definitely would’ve been the head of the household. It’s all depending on how we’re raised having said all that you would think she would have seen at least one episode of Jeopardy or read a history book? She’s very well spoken and I don’t think for one min that she is a dummy.
