Had to find the video to comment this - as someone who works in property management, what he did is a TOTAL violation. You don’t screen people before they get there- you verify identity through ID. And for him to use her application information for his personal benefit is disgusting! He should immediately be fired. You’re also not a resident manager you’re a leasing agent 😂
