One of my favourite pieces of music of all time. I keep imagining what a brilliant choreographer like Rafael Bonachella of the Sydney Dance Company could create with this. In fact I might find a way to send it to him.
oh my god... finally have this version uploaded on net!! I still remember the feeling I heard it played on radio... just like the falling of tender snow, and then turn into little pieces of snowflakes... beautiful...
I am so grateful for this brilliant and yet very simple piece which has been performed when my mother passed away. It allowed me to better accept the mystery of our existence... Existence which is (nevertheless...) worth to be lived!
So beautiful -- and at the same time so sad that so few people know the joy of this beatiful piece and/or know Georgs Pelecis... that part from 25:50 onwards... Like in a dream
Great to finally have this peace on RUclips. Makes is accessible for one's who haven't encountered it and might like it. Thank you for uploading, paldies!
Beautiful... I need more music like this in my life. I`m trying to educate myself on the lesser heard classical music and this is exactly why. I shall purchase!
+SpaceWalkTraveller This gem is not so little. In fact, it is huge. However, I had hard time to understand inclusion of some pieces, especially close to the end. This is very much like with Dvorak who sometimes could write one part sublime while other quite ugly in the same piece of music. Wagner never allowed himself to do so
just marvelous, this is my first time of Georgs Pelecis, second music, the first one was Concertino Bianco and now this little gem, great composer, very sensitive.

The beginning , the opening of the strings , it's just heartbreaking 😭 I just can't
The music like this one can heal the human spirit in our cruel time.

Marvellous! So gentle and so simple...
I think of janacek s melodic phrasing, that slavic rythmic thing, lovely new romantic music that speaks to the heart. thank you
I've been loving this piece since I found the CD bychance 12 years ago. So happy to have it available here, and sharing it with everyone!
This is a real little gem.

So ist meine Heimweh...
25:08 goddamn
The piano is almost solo through most of the piece, as if the composer had not figured out how to properly counterpoint it into the ensemble.
from 20:00...transcendental
Without those 20 minutes the piece aren't complete, so, everything is transcendental. You are not listening; just hearing.
Lol,he messed up on 24:48
