Sure. That’s the beauty of enamels. You can remove almost everything if you aren’t happy with the result. If you want to be on the safe side I suggest to put a layer gloss varnish before applying the enamel and thinning it with white spirit and add more later.
dig the tutorial, love the outcome of these poxwalkers, one question though; which streaking grime did you use? it seems ak interactive loads of different ones
That was AK Streaking Grime 012 (yellow vehicles). They changed their formula though (greenish now). I suggest to give MIGs Streaking Grime a try as this comes much closer to AKs old formula.

I use the same colors almost exactly as yours with some exceptions like Nurgle's Rot for slimy bits
