My palette is not even 1 year old. I bought mine at Sephora in Canada and I live in a rather cold country, so heat cannot be the issue. I have used this palette maybe 5 times... I have never had that issue with any other eyeshadow ever. Do you know how old yours is?

Mine is over a year old but not too far off. I don’t know why mine doesn’t have it. I’ll keep checking on it when I use it and see if it happens to me

I use 70% rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle to disinfect it
