Hey, do you mean large curved structures? From experience, you can use nearly any woven twill. Layup becomes more difficult the further you need to distort and stretch the material to match the shape. If you are trying to laminate a fully circular enclosure you might want to consider laminating it in pre-cut pieces and then stagger overlaps so you do not have to deform the material too much.
