As a hauler and regional arbitrage trader i was really interested on you Wreathe fit and it gave me tons of ideas to tinker around with. Cheers and GL with more RUclips.
I managed to get this working with 5 planets to avoid the 22 day train time to have 6 for the time being. You don't NEED the second barren, but not having it means a lot more moving things around. I extract Noble metals on the same barren as the nanites, then take them to lava to refine to Precious Metals, then to temperate for making the biocells. It takes some shuffling around but by adding 1 node for the Noble metal chain to each planet you can eliminate the second barren and train for this in a week rather than a month.
You missed an important cost in you calculations: poco fees. Costs some 10 maybe 100k per drop, which seriously cuts into your profits. There's also manufacturing costs, but not sure how much that is where you're building. You'll still be self sufficient, but you make a lot less than you suggested at the start.

not much to be gained by researching, fully researched it lowers nanites by 10%, obviously you don't make them 1 at a time so anything over 10 lowers nanites by 10%! ya i never thought it through and researched mine, bit of a waste!
Material efficiency is really good at 10 what it does is every 10 runs you set up at once it is only costing what 9 runs would cost without it

Update, yup it helps. At 10% ME it gets rid of our nanite bottle neck :)

You can also increase productivity by upgrading the lines once it is all set up you can pull more resources faster. I used to do it.

Lol, the funny part is trade hub ganking is where the skill is involved. Its miner ganking that is dead boring and has no skill.
