And you are so full of hate for Jewish people that you just assume you know whether or not someone is Jewish by just looking at them? I bet you’ve made the same comment repeatedly in this comment section. I just haven’t read more than a few comments so far. Your hate and bias is disgusting, but it’s also so sad. If you hate a group of people why don’t you just try ignoring that group. Instead, focus positive energy on something you love. Maybe it will lead you to a better place in life, for the good of all of us.

He must be the worst lawyer ever. The guy didn't have permission from the owner. Perhaps the owner thought that the car belonged to the caretaker and after he passed and no one took it they believed it to be abandoned. A lawyer should have know what his legal rights were and to leave his car on private property isn't one of them. What if the caretaker had been fired instead? Would he still have felt entitled to keep his car there?

I can't believe that the plaintiff is a lawyer and couldn't see what was going to happen. It was such a ridiculous lawsuit. After the first few seconds/minute of hearing the case where he left his non-operational car in a parking lot and the person who manages that parking lot (caretaker) who gave him permission died, it was obvious that he didn't have any right to park there any more and instead of marking arrangements to get his car out of the parking lot, he leaves it there and "tries to contact the owner". Failing to contact the owner or reaching the owner, the car no longer has permission to park there any more.

I can't believe the plaintiff is a lawyer, he should have known he has NO case. To get a verbal approval to keep a broke down car in a business parking lot even after the person that gave the approval has passed, and still didnt get car moved, how on earth does he think he has a case. He should have had his car towed when it broke down instead of leaving it to be an eyesore for someone else. He' tried', he 'tried' to get a hold of someone and couldn't, so instead of getting his car picked up when the guy passed away, he left it there and is mad it got towed. LMAO. And a 20 yr old BMW with electrical problems is a very costly fix, those cars go in the car graveyard, aka a scrap metal yard or a salvage yard that can sell its parts.
