He got permission from someone who was not the owner and had no real right to give permission in the first place. The fact that he’s still insisting he was right is shocking. I hope he reads these comments, too.
hopefully he retired and he is not still taking money from people to represent them because he does not seem to know the law and how judges make decisions .
@desanpiss2494Wow. You hate Jews so much that you had to make the same comment just two comments prior to this one. Why??? And you are so full of hate for Jewish people that you just assume you know whether or not someone is Jewish by just looking at them? I bet you’ve made the same comment repeatedly in this comment section. I just haven’t read more than a few comments so far. Your hate and bias is disgusting, but it’s also so sad. If you hate a group of people why don’t you just try ignoring that group. Instead, focus positive energy on something you love. Maybe it will lead you to a better place in life, for the good of all of us.
A 20-year-old BMW with electrical problems that has been rotting in a parking lot for two years is scrap metal. This guy is smoking banana peels asking for $2500.
I have a 1997 BMW 740i with only 75,000 miles on it. It Looks like Hell but runs and handles like a dream. I bought it five years ago and have not had one single problem. Only paid 1400$ They say... Men date cars and women marry cars. It will be a long time until I sell my sweet girl. It also has an illegal German engine. built for the Auto Bon. The engine makes me tingle all over
I get an immense about of pleasure from watching a person try and sue somebody for a ridiculous claim , lose and then get countersued and the other person wins ! ( which by the way wouldn’t have happened if they left well alone 🙄 ) .. And to think this guy is a Lawyer his thought process is actually terrifying ! How can anyone give him permission to park some where that they don’t own? I’m gonna leave it there because the rest is obvious to every normal human being
Whole time I was so confused why he didn’t just go get it. It was just a normal parking lot, right? Or was it in a gated underground hotel parking lot? I don’t get it
He must be the worst lawyer ever. The guy didn't have permission from the owner. Perhaps the owner thought that the car belonged to the caretaker and after he passed and no one took it they believed it to be abandoned. A lawyer should have know what his legal rights were and to leave his car on private property isn't one of them. What if the caretaker had been fired instead? Would he still have felt entitled to keep his car there?
I can't believe that the plaintiff is a lawyer and couldn't see what was going to happen. It was such a ridiculous lawsuit. After the first few seconds/minute of hearing the case where he left his non-operational car in a parking lot and the person who manages that parking lot (caretaker) who gave him permission died, it was obvious that he didn't have any right to park there any more and instead of marking arrangements to get his car out of the parking lot, he leaves it there and "tries to contact the owner". Failing to contact the owner or reaching the owner, the car no longer has permission to park there any more.
Plaintiff was in the wrong to assume from his so-called friend to store a car on a lot without permission from the owner of the lot and no written agreement to that fact. And to the fact he was in the denial, he lives in a dreamworld, where everyone is wrong and he is the only one right.
Contacting the hotel was just an attempt to keep his junky car on their premises. What he needed to do was get a private tow company to remove his car to a secure location if he really wanted to keep it. He was just looking for someone to get him a new car.
I am SO glad that the countersuit was successful. if this lawyer is making lawsuits like this for himself I can only imagine the kind of nonsense he does in his practice. Hes probably the guy who sends thousands of frivolous lawsuits to random people in the hopse that a small percentage of him pay him something to go away (this is a thing)
It's hysterical when someone sues over a nonsense reason and then not only loses but has the defendants counterclaim against them granted. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 This guy is a lawyer????? I feel terrible for anyone that has ever retained him or trusted him to do anything for them cuz he's obviously an idiot.
Losing Lawyer "I learned not to trust tow companies!" Hahaha! So funny that he didn't think that eventually leaving his abandoned broken down car would get some attention. He feels entitled.
Less than a minute in and I can already predict the conclusion to this. They'll get nothing for the car being towed. Two years is two years too long and somehow I doubt they were paying storage. Those people were nice enough to let them store their car there But there comes a time when enough is enough and frankly I would have pulled the plug much much sooner.
I would NOT want the plaintiff as a lawyer! Is he serious? He had permission from the caretaker. The caretaker died. Either get permission from someone alive or GO GET YOUR CAR!!
So let me get this straight. Lawyer man was perfectly happy to leave his inoperable car on someone else’s property for two years, save 80 bucks to have it removed and now, after “poking the bear,” has to pay about 10 times what he saved to just leave the car there…🤔 🤷🏾🤦🏾♂️
When my ex and I inherited his brothers house, there were a few cats on the property we had to junk (old projects never finished). Junking cars isnt cheap.
Jay was clearly confusing permission, from turning a blind eye, to the situation. That's what the caretaker did, he turned a blind eye. Jay benefited from that blind eye.
He must just play a lawyer on tv.There’s no way he went to law school and if so he must be pretty inept. How did he think he really had a legal leg to stand on.
WTF is the "judge" talking about "You're lucky they stopped the bleeding at 90 days"? BC THEY HAVE TO BY LAW MITIGATE THEIR DAMAGES! Has she completely lost her mind? Is THIS why she was canceled, bc she doesn't know what she's talking about anymore? Just making crap up! Every previous tow case she said they could only charge up to 30 days (60 in some states)! How is she allowed to award 90 days?!!
The permission to park the car was not given by the property owner. The lawyer knows that property is considered abandoned after 30 days. Idiot still blames the tow company.
I can't believe the plaintiff is a lawyer, he should have known he has NO case. To get a verbal approval to keep a broke down car in a business parking lot even after the person that gave the approval has passed, and still didnt get car moved, how on earth does he think he has a case. He should have had his car towed when it broke down instead of leaving it to be an eyesore for someone else. He' tried', he 'tried' to get a hold of someone and couldn't, so instead of getting his car picked up when the guy passed away, he left it there and is mad it got towed. LMAO. And a 20 yr old BMW with electrical problems is a very costly fix, those cars go in the car graveyard, aka a scrap metal yard or a salvage yard that can sell its parts.
omg Doug 🤣Totally roasting the plaintiff. That plaintiff is a TERRIBLE lawyer if he thought he had a case. Ridiculous.
Love Doug 😂😂😂😂
He got permission from someone who was not the owner and had no real right to give permission in the first place. The fact that he’s still insisting he was right is shocking. I hope he reads these comments, too.
Don't let this man be your lawyer, or you will certainly be in prison.
For sure! 🤣🤣🤣
Bahahaha!!!
hopefully he retired and he is not still taking money from people to represent them because he does not seem to know the law and how judges make decisions .
The plaintiff is so stupid to bring this case to court. The sense of entitlement backfires at him.
@desanpiss2494👈 bigot
@desanpiss2494Wow. You hate Jews so much that you had to make the same comment just two comments prior to this one. Why??? You can tell this guy has a certain amount of entitlement in his ego
We all do. Blame the media.
@desanpiss2494Prejudiced much?
@@synnove1046 ignorant about how the world works much?
NO KIDDING BUT TYPICAL BEHAVIOR
The way he was talking you could tell he felt he was gonna win 😂😂😂!!!
What the hell did he think was going to happen?!!? 🤣
It's hard to believe that a lawyer would be that stupid.
Just because you have a education doesn't mean you are intelligent
😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂
My ex husband's lawyer VS me Pro Se
Tried to take my copy of my paper work from me.
@desanpiss2494what a troll.
Even common sense gesh 🤔🫣
Man… two years is a LONG time to say the least!
A 20-year-old BMW with electrical problems that has been rotting in a parking lot for two years is scrap metal. This guy is smoking banana peels asking for $2500.
😂😂😂😂
“Smoking banana peels” 😂💀 stopppo
😂😂😂😂😂🎉🎉🎉🎉

The plaintiff got lucky that the defendants capped the storage fee @ 90 days…. Entitlement and stupidity got the better of the plaintiff. 🤦🏾♀️
I love when a lawyer gets screwed
Moral of the story is, NO ONE and I mean NO ONE should hire this man as a lawyer
omg.... That plaintiff still thinks he is in the right😅😂
He’s not a very good lawyer if he thought he could continue to park his car there after the caretaker died.
@desanpiss2494Your 4th bigoted comment on this case.
Furthermore, the Plaintiff knew he owed that money or whatever he was talking to Doug about.
Love these cases where the plaintiff at the end owes money.
Me tooooooooo 😅 ..
he didn’t have permission from the right person. He should know this as a lawyer. He needed permission from the owner not his friend the caregiver.Yikes
I can’t believe he didn’t say Beamer I just met her! 😂
Ikr! Anything that ends with -er or -or and that’s usually a gimme for the writers
I would have jumped through the tv. Lol
If he couldn’t get a hold of the hotel owner to get permission he should have removed the car asap.
Exactly. But he knew it was a piece of junk and thought he could cash in
Whole time I was so confused why he didn’t just go get it. It was just a normal parking lot, right? Or was it in a gated underground hotel parking lot? I don’t get it
Nobody wants to get a "dressing down" from Doug after the verdict.
Right lol😅😅😅He said Judge brought you down down lol
He must not be a very good lawyer lol
"Jay" is one of the dumbest attorneys ever. It is hard to believe this guy really believes he is right to leave his car for two years.
He must be the worst lawyer ever. The guy didn't have permission from the owner. Perhaps the owner thought that the car belonged to the caretaker and after he passed and no one took it they believed it to be abandoned. She is the best judge ever
He's a lawyer?!!! Would never use him for anything
That guy's a lawyer?!?!?! He mustn't be a very good one!!!
It’s no way that guy is a lawyer 😂💀
The Plaintiff has a lot of nerve thinking that he can leave a car for two years and not pay a dime of storage.
That lawyer will be out of business now😂
1. Tony died.
2. Jay should have moved his car.
Of all people a lawyer sues somebody and loses
Likely not much of a lawyer, if he couldnt figure out this was not worth trying in court.
Plaintiff has no case, you left your junker there bro
Doug's recap with the plaintiff was spot-on and a cringy pleasure to watch.
Doug...."she really took you down"...always a savage...lol

Here's some advice: If you need a lawyer, don't hire the plaintiff 😆
What a goofball 😂😢need a lawyer?? Don’t hire the plaintiff 😅
If you see this lawyer, don't retain him!
Holy shit?!?! Peter Griffin?!?!!!
He must not be a successful attorney.
Heaven help his clients if he couldn't see this coming,
That's a helluva message...giggle
Plaintiff was in the wrong to assume from his so-called friend to store a car on a lot without permission from the owner of the lot and no written agreement to that fact. And to the fact he was in the denial, he lives in a dreamworld, where everyone is wrong and he is the only one right.
That guy was too smart for his own good!
Wait a min 😂😂😂😂Doug said the judge took you down for that lol😂😂😂😂
The Plaintiff's entitlement is unbelievable.
When she said he was a lawyer I physically recoiled 😂
What the hell was he thinking
Contacting the hotel was just an attempt to keep his junky car on their premises. What he needed to do was get a private tow company to remove his car to a secure location if he really wanted to keep it. He was just looking for someone to get him a new car.

Thanks Harvey for the Kenny Rogers reference. :)
Remind me not to hire him if I need a lawyer! My favorite lawyer just became a Judge in our county. And he deserves that job!
His permission from the caretaker became null and void when the caretaker died....
Losing Lawyer "I learned not to trust tow companies!" Hahaha! So funny that he didn't think that eventually leaving his abandoned broken down car would get some attention. He feels entitled.
I would never hire that lawyer
Now he knew damn well... 😂

The KBB is ZERO because it DOES NOT RUN.
Would love to know what kind of lawyer this plaintiff is 😂😂😂😂
He must be an awful lawyer. Let all take note smh
I will never want him to be my lawyer
Nobody's ever gonna be the plaintiff's client for sure! He clearly has NO understanding of the law. LOL
Evening pc fam.
Good morning from sunny Melbourne, Australia.
Evening, Yarn. Ü
What an idiotic lawyer!
This plaintiff has such big ones. WOW
" i attempted to try and call them" means nothing, nada, zilch. Fool 🤦♂️
Probably not a good lawyer. Common sense has escape him..
What a dumb lawyer
Jay was clearly confusing permission, from turning a blind eye, to the situation.
That's what the caretaker did, he turned a blind eye. Jay benefited from that blind eye.
A lawyer that can't afford to get his car fixed for 2 years???
Sounds like he's made quite a bit of bad decisions
The plaintiff is so entitled!
I don't begin to understand the logic of this plaintiff. For someone with a law degree he doesn't seem to know much about it.
How did they let this guy be a lawyer? Scary!
Jay brought the whole famn damily. 😁
Wow, he lost the crap out of that case
Can we litigate the damages please?
This guy is a lawyer???.....good luck getting clients after this
Why did the judge need to assess a value to the car?
He must just play a lawyer on tv.There’s no way he went to law school and if so he must be pretty inept. How did he think he really had a legal leg to stand on.
Iy makes total sense to "store" a "valuable" car for 2 years at a dormant hotel parking lot.
Talk about entitlement for the stupid lawyer.
WTF is the "judge" talking about "You're lucky they stopped the bleeding at 90 days"? BC THEY HAVE TO BY LAW MITIGATE THEIR DAMAGES! Has she completely lost her mind? Tow truck was suing for 2800$ for 90 says storage and got 800$ do the math
...and THAT guy is a lawyer?
WHOA! did the announcer say 2 YEARS??
Even after that he learns: not to trust tow truck folk. Oh come on
@1:00 Low Blow...Leo Fong defeated Cameron Mitchell in 1986
Permission to park the car ended with his friends death.
Just because they're an attorney doesn't mean automatically they're intelligent.
Boy Judge Milian is on a tear today in these case 🫤
How is he lawyer? 😮
The permission to park the car was not given by the property owner. The lawyer knows that property is considered abandoned after 30 days. Idiot still blames the tow company.
I feel sorry for his clients
Peter Griffin is finally on this side of the law.
