Here’s a super famous band… when I say famous, I mean FA-MOUS! However, I have to say I’ve never really liked them… There are a couple songs that I find cool but otherwise, it doesn’t do much for me.
Believe it or not, I discovered that song last week; someone who follows my videos sent me a message requesting that song and saying “you’ll like it”. Well he was right! I’ve had that song stuck in my head ever since and I don’t regret it at all.
The moral of the story: even bands you don’t like can do things you might like. ;)

Perfect example of how tastefully Bruce could mix shredding and melody.
KISS has a very long list of great tunes, but people refuse to listen to music without preconceptions...as we did when we were first discovering music as kids.
I think you should listen to every solo on the albums Creatures of the Night, Lick it Up, Animalize, Asylum and Hot In The Shade for some similar melodic shredding.
Those albums span '83-'89 and feature Vinnie Vincent on the first two, Mark St. John on Animalize and Bruce Kulick on the last two...with a couple added studio players.
Vinnie was melodic and shreddy, Mark was a shred monster, and Bruce was all taste.

Yeah there's nothing to say about this solo, nothing is missing, it really is a great one. Unfortunately however, I could never really get into any of their stuff, regardless of who's the guitarist. (I did cover Black Diamond too, another one I quite like).
If you have recommendations of songs with melodic solos like Tears Are Falling, I'm all ears.

@@sachabaptista I wasn’t looking for a tutorial, I was just wondering if your picking hand was influenced by him

@@SuperFlyingGlydon74Nope, it is not. I quite dislike Metallica apart from a handful of songs, so really, not influenced by Hetfield or Hammett :)

    What´s the tune, please?

it's tuned 1/2 step down but I played it moving the fingering 1 fret down instead to avoid retuning the guitar
