Gosh!!!! What an interesting old footage of Hereford there. Great to see early historic footage of Hereford from the 1900s to the 1940s. That is very interesting!!!! :D
Ancestors of herefordians, lived and died, all gone and in the cemeteries now, just bones and weatherd grave stones. And so it goes on generation after generation. Viewers of this will be gone one day also.
One day our whole civilisation will be gone, maybe even species. But isn't that what is truly amazing about life. One has to disappear for the next to thrive. One day everything we see as normal will be looked back upon and discussed, maybe even joked about but will probably be nothing more than a passing comment or a mere thought. This however does not mean that life is pointless but instead that we are truly free. No matter what we do in the great scheme of things we will amount to nothing, so might as well do something we enjoy. Learn, play, adventure, embarrass yourself and have as much fun and enjoyment in life as you can because at the end of the day, life itself does not matter but that does not mean it's not enjoyable. Went a bit off on that comment but who cares. Your comment just seemed a bit boring and dull so wanted something with a positive ending because in the end even if it is a ending, does not mean it doesn't have to be positive
Love the peaceful, ethereal music that kicks in around 3:20!
Alfred Watkins was also the proponent of ancient Neolithic Ley Lines
