For 75 hp less the A35 does really good!

@@gunterification True the regulations just keep getting more strict. But interestingly enough, I was watching a @rokenr Instagram post where he compared a EU and non-EU GT63S together - he said they sounded very similar. So for now at least, AMG are still able to make some great sounding cars.

Inb4 he pulls up some conspiracy theory or tells me there are 'scientists that think otherwise'. Yeah no shit, that's the case for anything in science, but the vast majority of climate scientists agree it's man made, you can screech and cry about that and cite your political position all you want, it's not gonna make a difference. Politics has no place in science, absolutely none. This isn't even a political issue, it was made a political issue by the right and now you cant help but parrot their positions because it would inconvenience you to pollute the planet slightly less.
If the accuracy of the A35's speedometer is to be believed, it really doesn't lose much ground to the A45 at all until over 200 kmh. A35 is really an impressive addition to the A range, I must say.
The A35 looks nice, but the A45 sounds better, and i prefer the analogue displays over the new digital ones in the A35.
Who doesn't like analog clusters?

@@DJFree1993 Jedenfslls nicht ohne zu wissen wie das Teil behandelt wurde. Ordentlich eingefahren und nicht ständig unter Volllast hat man sicher lange Spaß. Aber, ich habe auch ein paar Bekloppte (Leasingnehmer) gesehen, denen ist es doch egal wie die Karre nachher aussieht
Currently an M140i owner and on the hunt for my next car. I just don’t think the A35 would offer the same level of terror and thrills. I do really like it however and he interior is next level.

I would keep the m140i. I own a m135i and I’ve driven the a45 for one day and I think the 6cyl is so much better and more fun than the 4cyl

Normal, i live in Germany, i never drive this crazy. Got a golf 7 gtd. so i cant drive that fast. its stage 2 chipped and i drive 220kmh. and there tons of cars passing me 😒 its crazy

Wouldn't worry too much about it. Sounds like the valves were closed in this video. I had mine delivered a few days ago and it sounds great in sport plus mode, plenty of exhaust crackle too.

The A45 was a real car with real instruments, real sound, real look and feel in the cockpit (had one for a year). A35 looks like a video console. AMG - OMG, what have you done ???

Both cars sounds bad .... i dove 1,5 years a CLA 45 AMG pre Facelift and those sounds ware really nice. The pre Facelift A45 sounds much better than the facelift.
A35 no farts no bang or pops nothing and pretty weak compared to A45
So next A45 will do 0-100 in 4.0 sec and beat the shit out of the RS3 -_-

@@audirs142 yes but still hilarious to see. Stage 2 a S3 and it becomes unbeatable A35 not a tuner friendly vehicle. People have been tuning S3's for years successfully. A45's as well are not tuner friendly.
