Nice one mate., Paced my brother in law to about a 16 minute PB - he came down from 1:54 to long 1:37. Just hope I can hold the form for another 4 weeks through to Edinburgh Marathon
Hey Andy, found your channel yesterday and the content is brilliant. Keep up the good work!. Training for my first half marathon myself just started running in January. Its my local half marathon "Antrim Coast Half Marathon", nice flat fast course so fingers crossed. You should give it a look if your wanting some more races in the year.
Hi Robbie, many thanks! That course sounds awesome, I'm not sure I can fit another long haul race in this year as it requires me to have lots of time off and costs are high. All the best with it, I was in Northern Ireland recently, what an amazing place ❤️

Yeah mate definitely. For 6 quid I thought it wasn't bad at all. Easy to follow and you can move it all around to suit yourself. Good luck with the training!
Getting popular now and easily recognisable. So good to here the crowd cheer you on so much. Have you ever thought of raising money for a charity? I’m confident you would raise a lot and change the lives of others. Keep it up bud, you’re doing amazing 💪
It's something I've considered, I just need to think about the right thing to do and the right charity for me. One day I will! Also having my name on my bib made me think I was famous 🤣

I did Birmingham half a few years ago and it was hell! The hills are never ending! Smashed it though Andy!!

Yes the undulating section in the middle was quite challenging. Managed to PB by 4 minutes with a time of 1.35:02.

I can only really recommend what I've used and liked so here goes. Saucony Endorphin Speed 2, Hoka rincon 2, Brooks Adrenaline 20. 👍🏻
I got a PB on the course, but it was my first half marathon, so any time would've been a PB 😂
