I've noticed since the 2.0 update. I went from having to create and sell guns for hours to get stuff to naturally just having enough money to buy cars and upgrades and guns without much issue. CD Projekt Red did amazing with the update and I don't even need these guides anymore. They were a lifesaver for a while though.
Prior to 2.0, when we would get called by a fixer and told where to find a vehicle, to get the cash to buy it, I'd run through NCPD scanner alerts for a bit. That can build up the money fairly quick too.
Yeah i don’t have time ( life is short) to purchase a lot of stuff, just to drive a new car or something. Thats why i love Glitches and Console Commands SOMETIMES. Love to play the first of all in OG Style. Then with Cheats
@@Thomas91555 same here. Since I discovered the Cyber Engine Tweaks mod, I just use the console command to give myself the cash I need for a car. I bought all of the vehicles pre-2.0 although I really only ever use the Kusanagi motorcycle.
Doing the money glitch as we speak. Vendors run out of money quite quickly, but man, is this helpful. I was living off of the bandage glitch with drop points. Of course, I'm getting more money now thanks to you.

@@ima_stoner7166 I've already made 14 million by now. I've bought all the cars, all good cyberware, and been able to spend money without care. I recommend you use this glitch as much as you can, because it's unlikely it will stick around for long.
No reason to quick save at a drop point. Just sell the weapons to a merchant or drop point, then distance yourself far enough that when you return some of the items will be upgraded. The benefit is that you “buy back” the upgraded weapons at a much cheaper price… if you quick save & reload then you’re paying full price, since the weapons have been moved from the “buy back” section to the main shop inventory. You’re welcome.

Gotta love that people love talking about how "generous the game is" in the comments. Yet ignore the flaws of the game like no new game plus so youre grinding out to do nothing in the end since you done all the content to get cash and stuff.
Really wish there was a way to directly upgrade the rarity of weapons not only just the tier. Got many weapons with different skins but they are all either grey or green rarity and the only ones i have that are yellow are the normal grey/black variants. Perhaps of they made it if you max out the tier of a weapon you can then upgrade it to the next rarity of tier 0 and you can do it again till the weapon gets to yellow.

Unexpected HERO by teaching me how to fix my controller drift! I thought I had some hardware issue with my thumb sticks that happened to have awful timing! Can't wait to change my setting and see if it helps (I was going NUTS trying to hit far-off cameras and headshots [or simply drive straight]).
For getting legendary components instead of buying weapons which are much more expensive I would recommend buying legendary clothing witch is much more cheaper and you can keep buying and disassembling clothing for components, tho they only give you one per item, but it does help a lot if you don’t have much eddies or you need to save up 5:25
I wish they stop patching harmless stuff cuz now I can’t buy or sell anything to ripperdocs on one of my saves literally I push the button for it but doesn’t work
Changing the inner dead zone doesn’t fix the stick drift issue for me. It’s a really annoying problem I wish they could focus on fixing things like that instead of patching out the fun
People are still poggers over new romance options. 2.01 made everything take a hit for a lot of people. Lower fps, longer loads, and more frequent bugs.

I have had a neofiber in my inventory that’s marked as a quest item since 2.0 that I can sell infinitely. It’s only around 8 or 9k but it adds up I just use it as a refund anytime I spend money at a ripperdoc

I decided that I would create a new save file making it only far enough into the game for the old infinite money glitch. I had forgotten about it completely to be honest. So I see they made it a lot more annoying, but I have a level 3 corpo with near unlimited funds, and all the gear/cybernetics he could purchase at the time in the game. 😂😂😂😂 This playthrough gonna be smooth. I also have over 1,500 hours into the original version before phantom liberty. So I don't really feel bad for the exploit.
You definitely don't need to buy weapons from merchants because they cost an exorbitant amount of money now. Like 200k for a legendary. I have at least 2 of every weapon in the game that is legendary and I've never bought any. You can get thousands of crafting materials just playing the game.
Ripperdoc not showing up for me. On the point of no return in the main game, and just completed the mission where V and Songbird reconnect for the first time. Also completed a little over half the total quests in the game. Is there something I'm missing?
I don’t have any scale for my cyberware anymore, I can’t change my cyberware and I can’t sell it. Normally I should have a scale left to my equipped cyberware which tells me how much cyberware i can wear but it’s not there

Why is it that my Cyberpunk 2077 doesn't look as good as almost every video I have seen? I play it on the PS5 (the original disc is PS4) and had to update it to get there. Now I assume I got all the patches - not 2.1 though. And am confused as to whether or not they actually took. To download the patch, i have to put the original data disc in then uplaod it?

Having a glitch on Xbox as of 2.1 where I cannot perform melee finishers. I push X but it does not do the finisher animation, it just does a regular lunging strong attack. Very annoying :/
Pretty sure that THAT IS the finisher tho I might be wrong. I've never seen any separate finishers till I stopped moving in front of the enemy and pressed X
Does this game still have that glitch where performing a melee finishing cancels sandy but forces you to still wait for it sandy to end and then wait for the cool-down?

Can't seem to get the upgrade glitch to work. Do the enemies have to be close by? Does it require a certain timing? I just want to know how the upgrade glitch works since it's supposed to work with fresh dropped items but not those I've been carrying in my inventory...there has to be some explanation right?
There's a better exploit in getting money, you need Phantom Liberty for this exploit. During the gameplay until you get the mask upgrade the mask to level 5 at the ripper doc and sell the one he has as many times untill he runs out money, skip time and rinse and repeat.

@@sruxz9514 The game just gives a lot more since patch 2.0. If you do a few gigs and NCPD scanner missions, sells some loot, you will have hundreds of thousands in no time. Before I even started some of the main story missions I had enough cash for all the cyberwear and weapons I could want.

Rarity doesn't exist anymore it's just tiers now.

FYI the item upgrade trick CAN work with iconics/legendaries! I trie dit with several (white, blue, purple) and it made them all lengendary/yellow.

For the Phantom Liberty money glitch, how far into the game do you have to be to do it? Do you need to already be in phantom liberty DLC content?
You need to be pretty far through to unlock the vendor

There are 16 total quests and the 9th (I've Seen that Face Before) is the one that provides the face implant.

The total update for Xbox series s for both cyberpunk and phantom liberty was almost 80gb. I did a fresh install and have had no issues.
You kinda don't need money exploit since selling weapons would profit you a ton already. If you need matts then just salvage the clothing.
I usually don't sell weapon, I disassemble them for the crafting components
