Hi, Thank you for the useful information. I have my Job seeker visa with accomodation booked in Berlin. But, I changed my plan to arrive in Munich and stay with my Sister. Will it be a problem? Should I carry any letter from my sister.
Hello sir, I have a job seeker visa and I will fly to Germany on May 9th and stay with an acquaintance (German man). So my question is that do I need some letter from him, to show to the immigration officer in Germany? Or just the address is enough? & do you need to present a return ticket to the immigration officer if you are flying to Germany with a JSV?
1. This letter is not required. Hoever no harm in playing safe and keeping one handy, in case Immi officer asks 2. No return ticket required for immi officer

Hi I am not an expert in Skill up/Education areas. However can still try Most Ausbildung need German skills, however as I understand Not all need. Further, if it is needed as recommended by "ZAB" as an additional course for making your Education level comparable to German standards, then probably German skills will be needed. Also, please check this video thoroughly: ruclips.net/video/k4yjHgbWEkQ/видео.html Professions termed as "Regulated" certainly need German skills
Apologies for being off-topic but i have a query. I'm an Indian passport holder. I had applied for Germany jobseeker visa long time back for which finally I got appointment in September (nearly after 8 months of being on waitlist). In the middle of this, I had applied for Spain tourist visa for tourism purpose which was refused. Do I need to submit Spain refusal letter while submitting docs for jobseeker visa in Germany (as both countries are members of Schengen area) ? Also do i need to mention this refusal while writing cover letter for jobseeker visa? Thanks for all the helpful videos 🙂
Hi, Your question is not Off Topic, but Out of Syllabus.:) I can only answer with 25% accuracy. As per my opinion, both these VISA are totatally different. ie. both Purpose and also Country. However, to stay on safer side, you can mention as a special note in your JSV Motivation letter regarding this refusal thing. Mentioning or hinting this will in no way affect your Germany JSV application, and will also ensure that you did'nt hide anything relevant.
Dear sir i have got job seeker visa ..many thanks for u. many of ur Videos made me to get it . I got visa from 1st march to 31 Aug. If i travell on 15 march would it be a issue or face any Problems. Secondly i need to take resident card would it be a problem
Hi I suggest, take some time and check ALL my videos Once Agian. From your question , I conclude, you are still missing on regular Visa process flow. Initiall visa stamped on ypur passport is enough to arrive in Germany. Please check this video regarding Resident Card ruclips.net/video/IpBgociUc38/видео.html
Thanks for posting great content. Apologies for asking an unrelated question here. My question is related to JSV timeline. I saw your video on the same but was looking for more answers. Could you please answer below question or may be update your JSV timeline video with these answers. - At the time of passport submission for stamping, can one change/modify the tentative travel date mentioned at the time of application? - The 90-day period to travel to Germany starts from which date. Is it from the date of Visa stamping OR from the date one receives email from German Consulate to submit the passport OR is it from the tentative travel date mentioned in the application? - From which day the 6-month visa period start. Is it from the date of Visa stamping OR from the date one lands in Germany? - The health insurance should be for a period of 6 months from the tentative travel date or more?
Hi, you posted very valid questions. Thanks I wiill very shortly answer below. However, they need a descriptive answer. I will (ASAP) launch new You Tube Shorts series on JSV with quick answers in One minute. Meanwhile: 1. Once you receive Visa decision Email, you again need to mention your date of travel. This is the last chance, afterwhich date of travel cannot be changed. Visa will start from this date. (You are free to travel later also) 2. 90-day period to travel to Germany starts from date you receives email from German Consulate to submit the passport 3. 6-month visa period start from the VISA start date mentioned on Visa 4. The health insurance should be for a period covering your entire duration of stay in Germany. i.e. Starts from VISA Start date stamped on VISA
