Only place like this out Midwest is Whitecap Mountain. Place is banging got a wine hut off the north face of the hill that's on the shore of a frozen lake power runs off a 1000w generator got a grill and and fridge, chili, brats, hot wine.... fucking unreal.
Oh wow that brought back memories. I left Africa having never seen snow for the 96/97 ski season to work as a lifty in Waterville Valley NH. I returned 97/98 because it was such an awesome experience and would probably still be doing it had I not met my wife on the resort during the second season.
