71 year old dude here who heard this at Armory, Charlotte's Park Center, OD Pavilion, and 'beer joints' in North MB in late 60's. This version and the Showmen are etched in memories. Thanks for posting for my 'way back machine'.

On the same night B.B.King was at
the cavelier ballroom,and Chairman of the Board we're down the street
at Rogues Gallery.So after seeing BB
went and caught Chairman of the
Board.I had a better time watching
The Chairman of the Board I believe
