Connect with an agent (cough cough lol) they can educate you on the areas, do pre-shopping online and virtual showings, once you arrive you will have a solid understanding with your agent educating and showing properties virtually then you have 60 days of TLA and staying in temporary housing to find a place. With pre-education you can narrow it down pretty quick!
