    I assume the current calculated here is for full load. If the motor is not fully loaded the current would be significantly lees amps

      For interview purposes it's not necessary to add efficiency

    your formula in finding current for horsepower need %Eff on your formula that is I=Hp x 746/E x %Eff x Pf x √3

      For interview purposes you don't need to add efficiency in calculation
